Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes are included in your rental rate. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay $45.00 per pass and request all passes through host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes.

The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes/Leamington`s Barrington Court. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. The resort has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.

Palmetto Dunes Resort does not permit RV`s, Shuttles, or trailers. No logo or commercial signage vehicles permitted overnight.

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
Minimum age of 25 required. No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the house or move it from one room or floor to another. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard throughout your stay.
