    Welcome to 858 Ketch Court, a beautifully renovated one bedroom, one bathroom villa in the heart of Harbour Town. With stunning views of the Harbour Town Yacht Basin, boat docks, and iconic lighthouse, this bright and inviting villa offers a front row seat to one of Hilton Head Island’s most recognizable settings.

    Step inside to fresh, modern coastal interiors and all new furnishings throughout. To the left of the entry is the fully renovated kitchen, complete with new appliances, sleek finishes, and a clean, contemporary design. Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for four and flows naturally into the living room.

    The living room is bright and comfortable with stylish new furnishings, modern coastal décor, and a queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Large windows frame the harbor, while direct balcony access allows you to step outside and take in the view. Perfectly centered on the Harbour Town Lighthouse and marina, the balcony creates a memorable setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply watching the boats come and go.

    Straight ahead from the entry is the bedroom, which also enjoys beautiful views of the harbor and lighthouse. Newly furnished with a light, beach inspired modern feel, the bedroom provides a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the island. The fully renovated bathroom is equally fresh and stylish and features a walk in shower.

    For added convenience, communal laundry facilities are located just down the hallway on the same floor of the building.

    Guests are just steps from everything Harbour Town has to offer. Walk to waterfront dining, shopping, live entertainment, seasonal events, and the Harbour Town Lighthouse without ever needing to get in the car.
