19 Lands End Road is located in one of the most beautiful settings in Sea Pines with Cape Cod-style duplex homes and gorgeous sunsets and sound views.

As you enter the home you will first notice the open floor plan and breathtaking views of the Calibogue Sound. There are hardwood floors and very nice coastal accents throughout. The living room has a full size couch that opens to a queen bed, a matching love seat and cozy white chenille rocker/swivel chair as well as a wicker chair with matching ottoman and a 50” Ultra HD Roku TV mounted over the fireplace. Relax in the open aired Carolina Room with ceiling fan where there are two Adirondack chairs and a dining table and chairs. Outside there is a large outdoor deck with bench seating, two zero gravity chairs, a glass table that seats up to 6 with an umbrella and a new gas grill and arguably THE best view in all of Lands End. A great place to enjoy drinks on the deck watching dolphins playing and awesome sunsets.

Back inside behind the living room is the dining room with a dinner table that seats six, a side table. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including an oven with a built in air fryer. There are three stools at the island to enjoy your cup of coffee while the chef prepares breakfast.

The first floor has a carpeted bedroom with a queen size bed, accent chair, large walk-in closet and a ROKU Smart tv. The ensuite bath has a fully tiled walk-in shower.

The second floor is all carpeted and has the washer and dryer at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a vanity, a Roku tv, an attached bath with walk in shower and amazing views of the sound. If you’re lucky you can hear the dolphins breathing at night. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds, a Roku tv and an attached bath with a tub/shower.

The Lands End complex features an on-site pool, which is steps away from this villa which also has a front porch and 2 private parking spaces in your personal driveway. The only thing between you and the beach is the walkway to the beach. You are a 3 minute bike ride to the South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants, water activities and nightly entertainment.
