WiFi was terrible. Unable to read the news on our tablets in the morning with our coffee or check emails,etc. Kept going in and out. Toaster broken when went to use it for breakfast. No light bulb in the lamp in the living area so had to have bright overhead lights on if trying to relax in the evening. Very dirty area rug in the living area. Not enough bath towels and wash cloths for two people for the number of days we stayed. First dish taken out of cabinet was greasy. Host did respond quickly when we were unable to get the login for WiFi to work. WiFi was still a problem.Seems like minor complaints but did frustrate us during our stay. Outside of these complaints, we had a nice first visit to Hilton Head Island.

This place was perfect for our family! On the smaller side but perfect for a family of four. Within walking distance to many hot spots in Hilton head. First floor right by the stairs so perfect for loading and unloading groceries and luggage. The views were amazing! So many great things about the stay I can’t list them all! We will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Breakers. This condo faces the beach and has partial views of the ocean. (Some of the trees were trimmed while we were there and opened up the view.). It was clean, comfortable, convenient to shopping and dining, and overall a great value. The walk to the beach is short with rental chairs and umbrellas nearby. We even had a deer visit right off the balcony. I recommend this rental and would love to visit again.

Great Location!

We had a great stay for our honeymoon! The location is fantastic, there is a nice view, and the home is clean. It was a little small, but it was just enough for the two of us. There were some little things that we noticed, however, such as the front door being a little loose in the frame. We could see through the gap between the door and the frame, but that wasn’t a huge deal, since we could still lock it. The nozzle on the shower was difficult to use, it was like we could not get it to the right temperature, either it was too cold or too hot, with no in between. The bedroom and bathroom doors do not lock. Overall, it was very easy to check in and we appreciated being able to adjust the thermostat (which worked very well) the comfortable bed, and that there was lots of storage space to place our things. The host was very communicative and friendly. Thank you for hosting us!

Great condo

Nice condo, decorated nicely, perfect for a couple. First floor oceanfront allowed you to see only some of the ocean but the foliage in front was nice and allowed for quiet and privacy. Bed was comfortable, was nice to have a washer and dryer. Owner communicated well and was quickly responsive to questions. The pool is small but there’s a nice walkway that makes it easier to walk to the beach where most spend the time anyway. Parking is a challenge if you have a truck but luckily Coligny Park is right across the street with a lot of options for meals and shopping, including a Piggly Wiggly, so once parked you didn’t have to leave very often if you didn’t want to.

Overall a great place

This was an excellent condo as far as cleanliness, location, and host communication goes. However, I do have a safety suggestion for this condo. While there are security guards and the location is an overall safe area things can still happen. Because of this I believe that the front door requires a new lock design and overall maintenance. As a woman I am very aware of things like this and would have felt much safer if the door wasn’t sitting crooked in its frame and loose due to its crooked stance (it looked like it’s been through a lot) and if there was a separate dead bolt from the door handle. This door had a deadbolt/handle combo and when you would use the handle from inside the deadbolt would unlock as it is designed to do. After seeing a video of a man with nothing but a hanger and a string opening a locked door similar to this I would seriously suggest changing the design of the locking system and fixing the door to sit more tightly in its frame as it is supposed to do. Other than this I had an absolutely wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here although a more comfortable mattress would also be an excellent investment only after the door and lock situation is fixed.

Perfect location

This property is a great location- across the street from shopping and restaurants and centrally located on the island. The owners were responsive and pleasant with our questions. Wonderful tropical view from the porch.

Place was very nice - but smallller then what was expected -esp bedroom ( shade was broken ) & bathroom - ( tub/shower needs safety bars - tub bottom gets slippery ) - washer & dryer both need servicing ( hot Air needs to go out into a vent - the dryer vent could be clogged ) front door needs replacing ( it could be knocked in very easily ) the outside patio door lock / latch was broken ( supposedly a part was ordered ) - overall it’s s perfect get away place go 2 people - the location was especially great .
