Pet Friendly Located in the Shipyard Plantation, this Hilton Head cottage boasts spectacular views of the golf course and local wildlife. The open-concept living area provides views from the kitchen, dining room, and living area. The beautifully renovated kitchen features tile flooring, stainless appliances, and tiled countertops. Enjoy relaxing in the shared community pool or play a round of tennis at one of several on-site courts. The unit is also an easy walk to the beach! Summer guests will love cooling off with the new air conditioner, and this condo has updating sleeping amenities like a new queen-size sleeper sofa, a brand new Jamison king-size mattress, and new pillows. The updated living room sparkles with fresh paint and even has a new hurricane impact slider overlooking the grass. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.

Only 2 dogs weighing 40 pounds or less. $175 fee per animal are allowed.

Nice little Condo

Nice quite area, with beach access about 300yds away. Internet and streaming all worked great. tight area for parking so if have big vehicle be careful. i would stay here again !

Great location perfect weekend golf getaway

Had everything we needed and pet friendly. Bedroom is upstairs and our lab isn’t used to stairs. The stairs air wood and don’t have slip pads so if you fur baby isn’t used to steps make sure you bring a harness to help a larger pet down so they don’t hurt themselves. Other than that, you’ll want for nothing? Close to beach, on one othe Shopyard golf course tee boxes…very entertaining :). Check in and out was a breeze. Price was reasonable.
