    If you're looking for a budget-friendly weekend getaway, or an extended beach vacation, 7013 Ocean Breeze is the perfect choice! Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures. This 2-bedroom vacation rental in Hilton Head Island allows dogs of any size for an additional fee of $200. ($100 for each additional pet).



    This two-story end unit villa is an 8-minute walk to the white sandy beaches Hilton Head is known for. Enjoy biking, jogging, beachcombing, volleyball, and building castles in the sand. Nearby amenities include the Van der Meer Tennis University, the Players Club Fitness Center, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. And you are just steps from the sparkling pool!

This was our second stay here. Definitely would stay again. Upgrades were made in the upstairs bathrooms that were really nice. Our toddler son calls it our home away from home, so I he gives it a 10/10. I can’t speak on the responsiveness of the host, because we never needed to reach out - which is how it should be! Thanks for a great summer getaway.

Beautiful condo and easy process

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check-in was a breeze, as was check-out. We had plenty of space for our family of four and the condo was very comfortable. The property managers gave us access to an app for communication and information throughout our stay and it was very easy to use and understand. We would definitely stay here again!

Ocean Breeze Review

We loved the modern decor at this property and the added bonus of being able to bring our dogs. Property was clean and well maintained. It was close to everything but was a little too far from the beach to walk. Overall we had a very positive experience.

Excellent location. Great property owner.

Steve, as always, was very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to change our stay due to the hurricane with no hassle whatsoever. Coligny beach is amazing!!!! The condo is clean and easy to find. Our dogs loved it too!

This condo was clean and convenient. It didn’t have any strange smells or anything that didn’t look clean. The upstairs bathrooms could use updating but other than that it was awesome. Would highly recommend!

Cozy spot

Unit was very clean. Downstairs was recently renovated, upstairs bathrooms dated. 18 steps to second floor a little tough with a bad hip but overall enjoyed the stay. Odd that beach umbrella was available to use but no beach chairs, have to rent locally.

Comfortable condo but upstairs is not renovated like downstairs

The stay was ok due to a lot of people around us not picking up after dogs or putting them on a leash and terrifying our dogs and there are several stray cats just walking around. The dumpster was full the entire time so it was inconvenient to be able to dump the trash. The condo itself was good and had lots of utensils to cook with in kitchen and eat in which is great for families to save on money by being able to keep groceries. Washer and dryer and WiFi was awesome because I still had to work some.

Perfect for a couple or small family

Communication with the owner/host was quick, efficient, and fantastic leading up to our visit to HH. The directions to check-in/arrive are super clear and the property is cute, well maintained, and conveniently located to public beach access (Alder Ln is closest - Coligny isn't too far either) and the main little tourist area around Coligny Plaza - we walked everywhere all weekend. The dog-friendly aspect was great and HH is wonderful for allowing dogs on the beach before 10am and after 5pm in-season (too hot in between anyway). We didn't really check out much the property itself had to offer (pools, etc) because we were there for such a short time but we loved the sounds of tree frogs at night, Spanish moss, and herons and turtles close by on the property. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer. Thanks for a great weekend!

The Coziest and most peaceful trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved every part of our trip! Especially where we stayed, very up to date- modernized look. The grey flooring throughout was beautiful and I thought the grey carpet on the steps, were a sweet touch. All we heard add night was nature and it was so wonderful. The refrigerator- freezer was even complimentary! We loved how you can pop out the ice chest in the freezer to fill up your cooler, perfect size and easy to do. This place was also very clean and everything laid out to make us feel at home. And there was even a sweet gift bag with special items inside. The only question I need answered is what kind of pillows were in the master bedroom? They felt like clouds!

Great location, property needs some TLC.

This location was great. It is about a 10 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Great location on the beach that is far enough away from the more crowded Coligny plaza area. The unit is right across from the tennis court, where we played pickleball daily! The unit was also clean! (At least the floors, kitchen, furniture, etc were...see below) Now to some of the "maintenance" items. Oddly, one of the first things I noticed was the return vent at the top of the stairs was absolutely filthy. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The gasket in the washing machine was gross and I cleaned it out. Lots of gunk, hair, sludge, etc. The fan in the kids room doesn't work, amd it's in a terrible place anyway with the bunk bed. One fan blade was missing as were two of the light globes. The kids bathtub also filled up with several inches of water during every shower and water came out the head and spigot. Both bathrooms need serious updating. Also there are some light bulbs out in the kitchen. We thought the beds were comfortable (although, why not a king in the master? There's plenty of room!) Overall, I WOULD stay here again. Hopefully the owners can give the place a little attention to take it from "very good" to "great!"

Close to beach/semi-upgraded

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the property. Overall it was clean and maintained. The bottom floor was upgraded. The countertops, new appliances and floors are nice. There were plenty of towels for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots. The master bed was very small and uncomfortable. My husband slept on the couch because it was not comfortable with both of us. The upstairs bathrooms left a lot to be desired. They appeared dirty because everything was outdated and run down. The tubs were orange inside from dirt or something else. The shower in the kids room was the worst. Besides being gross, the water from the tub didn’t turn off when the shower was running so the tub filled with water during showers. The door to the bathroom in the main room doesn’t close so I had to stuff something under the door to keep it closed. The comforter and the blankets in the main room were completely covered in dog hair. The dog hair side was face down so I didn’t see it until I pulled the sheets back. There’s no way the person who made the bed missed that nasty linen. I’m not exaggerating when I say it had dog hair from top to bottom as if the dog rolled over the whole bed fifteen times to make sure every inch was covered in hair!! I called soon after check in about 5:30 but they didn’t send anyone to replace it until the next morning. I ended up washing the bed linen myself. I didn’t bother with the nasty bathrooms. The manager has to be aware and just doesn’t care.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 10th year in Hilton head for our annual weeklong summer vacation. A first with our family dog and 2 kids under 12 in tow. The property location was not as close as we hoped but options are fewer when bringing the family dog and as late as we booked. For our kids- walking to beach was no problem and the location is on the less crowded side of south forest beach. In the townhome, We really appreciated the new renovation on the bottom floor but the upstairs was still well kept. The master is a bit tight with the queen bed and the tiny TV but everything worked well and water pressure was great. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed but would have enjoyed their own tv. Ground floor was spacious enough for our family of four and our Labrador. The kitchen had everything we needed. The grill on the deck was charcoal and not really convenient or in great shape so we didn’t bother. This wasn’t a factor for us but we were used to a grilling option. The end unit was good for privacy and the tennis court was nearby (though it needs some updating itself....but playable). The pool(s) were only used sparingly by us and they weren’t huge but certainly accessible. We wondered why there wasn’t easier access to a ‘rinse off’ area somewhere in the complex. All in all, we appreciated the property quality and allowance for our family dog. We recommend some repairs to back sliding door and front screen door as they seemed ready to break further. Thanks for hosting us!

Host to coast made everything easy and they were very attentive The place was clean and nicely remodeled minus the upstairs bathrooms that would be much better remodeled. The second bedroom shower needs a little work on the faucet as it still runs when the shower head is engaged. Also it would be nice to have hot water for longer than one shower. The property is easily located to get to beach and shops.

A lot of left over items from past guests in closets and cupboards. Water main broke and flooded bottom floor, property management was quick to respond and had us move to a new location on Christmas Day. I would recommend Host2Coast but not too sure I would want to stay in this particular villa for a long stay again.

Wonderful getaway!

My kids and I had a fabulous little vacation at Ocean Breeze. We brought bikes and were very easily able to bike to the beach, great restaurants, and the awesome “pirate playground”. The home was a lovely retreat for each of us, had everything we needed to prepare meals and the kids loved the bunk beds! We loved the updates and we would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 2 weeks during hurricane Ian. It was great!! The updated kitchen layout is fantastic! We’ve been coming to Ocean Breeze for 10+ years and it’s so nice the way this unit made the kitchen so much more functional and appealing. The stocked kitchen with cooking tools and dishes etc... was amazing!! We always look forward to cooking fresh seafood on vacation and we FINALLY had all the supplies in this particular kitchen. Thank you!! Always a great time! Also the couch was nice for our whole family to be together. It was clean and brand new. Great vacation rental. Host2coast folks were very friendly and helpful.
