Sunset Rentals | Seaside 253

253 Seaside is an updated 1 bedroom condo in South Forest Beach, perfectly designed for a small family trip, girls' weekend or romantic getaway. This beautifully maintained Forest Beach rental offers ocean views, new furnishings and fantastic community amenities!

Tile flooring spans the property, and the comfortable living area features a sofa, club chair, Smart TV and a dining table with bench seating. Both the living area and bedroom have ceiling fans. The private balcony features a bar height table and chair set, as well as a cushioned loveseat to enjoy the views of the Atlantic!

The well-equipped kitchen has custom cabinetry, full size appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests.

The bedroom features a new queen bed and a Smart TV. The built-in bunk beds are located just outside the bedroom. Both sleep areas share access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

In addition to free wifi, both Smart TVs are able to stream your favorite shows and both have full cable packages. The condo also features an air purifier and plenty of closet space and beach chairs, beach buggy and tent are available for guest use!

Sea Side Villas is a gated community located right in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach with 2 pools, a grilling area, sun deck and swing. Elevators are located in both buildings and laundry rooms are found on every floor (coin operated machines). The complex has free parking available under the buildings and the surrounding gated, secure community.

Seaside allows TWO vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Please specify number of car passes that are needed.

Our Forest Beach rentals at Seaside are just a short five minute walk to Coligny Plaza which has wonderful shops, bars and restaurants! Stroll down to the Tiki Hut which is an island favorite beach bar and enjoy live music daily during the season. Parks, golf courses, live music, shops, walking/biking paths and fun surround the area!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Sea side villa

Very nice and clean, great location. It would be nice to have the parking pass in the room so we didnt have to go to another location first. The air conditioner worked nice, but did not keep the bedroom cool, even with the doors open. Would book this again.

Great spot on the beach

We were visiting friends and loved being so close to shopping and great seafood restaurants. The place was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of pillows, towels. The condo complex was quiet and clean and a short walk to the beach. We were there in 2011 and the place hadn’t changed at all

Great Location!

Great place for a weekend getaway but a little small for a longer stay. Location was great - walking distance to Coligny Plaza and all the restaurants, shops and entertainment there. Elevators and luggage carts a big plus!

Overall Great Place

It was a nice and clean place to stay in a great location. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is how the AC is set up for the unit. The AC is on the wall at the other end from the bedroom / sleeping area. You have to use fans to move the air around and it kind of works. We like it cold when we sleep. Other than that the unit was great!

Excellent location, small apartment

The place is at a excellent location (near playground, shopping and dining area, oceanfront) and you can find all amenities you need for a short stay. The apartment is small, pictures give you an impression of being bigger. But for a short period, it doesn't bother.

Great time. PROS: Great location. Chairs, toys and umbrellas for use on beach. Nice balcony seating. CONS: No extra linens for pull out bed. Used linens from hallway bunks. Pull out mattress needs replacing. Had to find office for parking pass .... would be nice to just leave it in room.

Great experience!

This condo complex is on the beach with great amenities. It’s an older building and the space is small, but it’s been spruced up. The entire complex and this specific condo have a musty smell, but it wasn’t too bad. It had anything you would need in the kitchen in terms of pans and dishes etc. The bunks are definitely for younger kids as they are very narrow. The pools are wonderful and everything was very clean at this property. It was a nice surprise to find a huge basket on the porch with tons of sand toys and buckets. Great extras included a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards etc. This rental also included $150 in gear rental that was delivered. I originally ordered chairs, an umbrella, and boogie board, but when we arrived I realized the condo offered all of these things. The rental company came back to pick the items I ordered up and brought bikes instead! Both the gear rental company and Sunset Realty were wonderful to work with. The communication was quick and easy and very much appreciated whenever I needed something. I was even granted a later checkout due to my evening flight. I can’t say enough good things about this rental company. We had a great trip and I’d go back tomorrow if I could.

Great Getaway

This condo is nicely decorated and was very clean for our stay. It has very cozy bedding and pillows and nice amenities (beach chairs, toys, games). It's the perfect location right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.

Not bad at all

Nice place to stay...for those who want beach access it's 250 feet to the beach. Coligny Beach is an awesome beach....its a nice clean beach area. 2 blocks to the shopping Plaza. The property itself is somewhat dated but in good shape. 2 pools were clean and well kept. Quiet and peaceful...no bugs observed...no trash in the complex...well maintained for cleanliness. Condo was smaller at 500 sq ft but had everything we needed. I prefer larger condos with full sized kitchen area but theses units are well designed and space is adequate for their size. We recommend Seaside Villas to anyone coming to Hilton Head.

The place was very dirty - should have taken pictures when we arrived. Something spilled down dishwasher and wall- stains still there.
