  • This lovely two bedroom two bathroom villa is located on the first floor of Tennis Villa A building. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds. For additional sleeping, there is a queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Enjoy the beautiful lagoon view from your private balcony or enjoy a short walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, or playground!!

Good location and unit in a quiet section of the property

Good location. Just a few minutes walking distance to the pool and beach. Quiet part of the resort. We really enjoyed the balcony facing a pond. The balcony could need a third chair. We had breakfast and meals at the balcony, which was very nice. However, this only works if you’re three people or less in the group. Very nice to have a bike rental company on the property. Communication with the manager was good and questions were answered in a timely manner.

Average compared to other properties at same location

We love HHI Beach and Tennis and have stayed several time in different units. Comparing properties with others we were provided trash bags, beach wagon, beach chairs, K-cups, even life vest for the children and beach toys. While these things are not required, they are very much appreciated. Their kitchen was well supplied. We would have booked our last unit had it been available. Their were several issues with this unit. Chief among them, no broom and dust pan was provided. We had no way of sweeping up sand that finds its way into the unit. We were forced to walk around on sand for the entire stay. It sticks to your feet and travels into beds and furniture. There was trash from the last guest found under the twin beds, red solo cups and Coke cans. There was a missing outlet cover plate from an outlet located by the stove. We found dirty coffee cups put away in the cupboard. We felt the need to wash dishes prior to using to them as we could not trust their cleanliness. Additionally there is transition strip in an awkward place on the floor just before entering bedrooms and guest bathroom. It was also loose. We tripped on it daily. The kids had a few near misses tripping on it and going head long into the dining table or door jams. There was no complete knife set. We had steaks one night and had to share the two knives we found. There are no tongs for turning meat or bacon. None of these issues stopped us from having a great time and were looked at as minor annoyances.
