Benvenuti a casa - questa bella e confortevole villa all'ultimo piano ha una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano da ogni finestra e balcone. Guarda i tuoi bambini in piscina o vedi i delfini nuotare nell'oceano. L'accesso alla piscina o alla spiaggia è facilissimo - NESSUN PASSAGGIO! Prendi l'ascensore e goditi la nuovissima rampa che porta alla spiaggia .... rende super facile prendere vagoni / biciclette / sedie a rotelle.

Il balcone della zona giorno e il master sono il luogo perfetto per il vostro caffè o un cocktail pomeridiano.

C'è un altro balcone situato al largo della seconda camera da letto con tavolo e sedie per 8 posti.

La zona giorno ha un enorme divano componibile con 2 sedie aggiuntive - un luogo di intrattenimento perfetto. Se sei stanco di nuotare, camminare, andare in bicicletta, giocare a golf, andare in kayak, giocare a tennis o pickleball ... e vuoi semplicemente riposarti, goditi l'HDTV 4K da 65 "intelligente (abbiamo incluso Netflix).

La cucina comprende una grande dispensa sopra la lavatrice e asciugatrice. Abbiamo una pentola di coccio, Keurig, (una normale macchinetta del caffè, è anche disponibile) e ogni pentola / padella / utensile che potremmo pensare di cucinare lì, una impresa facile.

C'è un re letto nel master con un topper di schiuma da 3 pollici che fa dormire una notte meravigliosa. Incluso è una grande vasca di immersione, un gabinetto con un seminatore separato. Due letti queen sono nella seconda camera anche con vasca e doccia separate. Due televisori sono disponibili sul comò se i tuoi bambini vogliono giocare nei giorni di pioggia.

Entrambi i ponti hanno vista sull'oceano - ogni ponte ha posti a sedere e tavoli per cenare all'aperto.

C'è una piscina fronte spiaggia riscaldata nella stagione di spalla e una piscina 2 situata all'interno con le strutture di lavoro. Questi servizi sono disponibili per tutti gli ospiti (vedere GuestBook nell'unità per maggiori dettagli)

We had an amazing stay at this property. Condo was just as pictures described and was well stocked with everything we needed. View from terraces was lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the ocean at night. Perfect location in Palmetto Dunes. We had a few questions before our arrival and property manager was helpful and always prompt with a response. We would absolutely stay again at this property in the future.

The condo we rented was perfect. It was decorated so great…the beds were the most comfortable beds ever. But there was nothing better than the view. We had dinner each night out on the patio overlooking the ocean. Everything about the condo was awesome and you can’t beat the location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, primarily due to its ideal location. The view from the condo is great and access to the beach is so easy. The condo was spacious and the kitchen well furnished. The mattress was great and the bathtub was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and views of ocean. Just sitting on the balcony is great. There is a small supply of paper towel, toiletries and cleaning supplies to get things started. Much appreciated. Owner kind enough to allow us to use beach chairs which were in good condition. We took special care to clean up and return in good condition. Second time for this condo and hope to return next year!

As the title would indicate property and amenities were as described. Which at the end of the day is the most important aspect of renting at place sight unseen. Would for sure rent this property again and recommend to anybody

We had stayed at a unit at Villamare before but opted for this unit because it had a better view. Everything was exactly as the listing described and even a little better, as some amenities had been added since the listing was written. The unit was comfortable for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners reached out to us promptly and responded quickly to our emailed questions. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The Villamare complex is quiet, which is exactly what we wanted, but had plenty to keep our teenagers busy. The unit has a nice ocean view and allows you to see the pool. We'd gladly stay at this unit again.

We love the location of Villamere in HH. Have stayed several times here. The property is well kept but dated. Elevators are SLOW and only 1 per building. Every condo has its owns decor. Ours needed updates in the bathrooms and living room furniture. All screens to balconies were in poor repair. There are way to many mirrors and tubs right in the bedroom. No privacy! We love Hilton Head so none of this affected our vacation but want something more updated. People are wonderful and restaurants are extraordinary. The beach is the best!!! Low tide on the beach can take you anywhere. If not a bike path will… I ❤️HH

Wonderful family vacation! Many fun activities close to condo. Owner’s communication was quick and responsive. Strict rule of 16 and older at the villamare workout room which we did not know/expect… we had 2 teenagers who could use the facility (16, 17)and 2 who could not (13, 15). They all love to workout together on vacations each day so wish we had known before. Fun week and great area.

We had a great 5 weeks at this condo. The location is fantastic - great view of the ocean and well manicured property. Good proximity to Shelter Cove marina where there's many restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop. The condo is nicely decorated, has comfortable beds, a super large TV and a kitchen that was well stocked with everything we needed. Kris was super responsive throughout our stay. Thanks for the stay!
