Ampio condominio di lusso con 2 camere da letto vicino alla bellissima e tropicale Forest Beach. Parcheggia la tua auto nel condominio e cammina verso tutto! 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, stiamo parlando porta per sabbia! 9 minuti a piedi dalla vibrante Coligny Plaza con decine di ristoranti e negozi. 9 minuti a piedi dal negozio di alimentari e altre comodità. Mangiare o cucinare nella cucina completamente rinnovata e ben attrezzata con ripiani in granito.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, bagno privato completo, TV e vista pittoresca sulla laguna e sulla piscina. La camera degli ospiti comprende 2 letti singoli, TV con lettore DVD e un bagno completo. Il grande tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente sei persone. L'ampio soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto e un grande divano letto che consente al condominio di dormire 6. Goditi WIFI gratuito e un pacchetto TV via cavo completo che serve il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale. We had a wonderful visit from check in to check out. The manager could not have been more helpful or kind. We loved the lagoon, watching turtles and being steps away from the pool and beach. The only thing that might be nice is to add a journal for vacationers to give tips and suggestions. We loved it and hope to return soon!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. The condo was spacious for my husband and I and 2 college aged daughters. We really enjoyed the patio and listening to the fountain with frogs each night. We played tennis several times using the free 1 hour court time. The beach, restaurants and shopping are all close by. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space, it was clean, and looked as it did in the photos. The common area and patio were very nice as well. My only suggestion would be to have less wind chimes near the bedroom window were very loud at night, and woke me up several times. Other than that, zero complaints. I would stay there again.

We found our stay just average. Meghan P.’s July 2017 review is very accurate. We thought the “negatives “ in the all of comments would be remedied 6 years later; not so much. Pros: Turtle pond! Swimming pool. Central location- so close to so many cool places!! Cons: when we first walked in we were instantly turned off by the musty smell and not so “renovated luxury” condo (misleading). The place was not clean. The were wrappers, little bits of trash, used paper towels and dust bunnies. We contacted the owner. He seemed shocked saying it was cleaned and inspected 3 days before we got there. He sent housekeeping over straight away! saying he had property managers (understandable). There was a bit of a communication issue and they had to come back a second time about an hour later to re clean. The carpets desperately need replaced- they are probably as old as the condo itself. Perhaps they put in new countertops but we didn’t see anything else really new. The beds were very uncomfortable. the pillows, stained and flat, have convinced us to now travel with our own. (It would be nice to post pictures for examples.) There are no beach towels and minimal starter items. The physical keys were cumbersome. A key pad would be a good investment and easier on everyone involved. (A couple hundred bucks; we have them) Now, all that to say, if those small things don’t bother you it’s a good, average place to stay. Just not necessarily luxury.

Our family stayed at the condo for the weekend and traveled to Daufuski island for a wedding. The condo met our family’s needs and was conveniently located to the beach and to the ferry. Access to the fountain and pool were also a treat!

Nice, clean place! Right near island beach bike rentals. We get bikes from them every time!! The check in was tough because the day we went my parents went first and we couldn’t find the office that was off property and we were calling and calling and no answer on a Thursday at 2pm. We eventually found it and got our key package. Definitely a good place for the money on short notice.

This is a nice property! We had everything we needed. The only recommendation is that the bedding and pillows could be upgraded/replaced. Otherwise it was a great time at the beach! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

This rental was exceptionally clean and had an extremely furnished kitchen with everything one would need! It has really comfortable beds and excellent water pressure. the furniture is comfy too and just a lovely comfy place near everything! But the best part of all is the amazing back porch area that is a perfect place to start your day with breakfast overlooking a turtle pond! Then when you are ready for the beach, it is such a close, easy walk! Or stay home and enjoy the very quiet pool area right out your back door! I would highly recommend this rental and we will definitely be returning! We have found our home away from home!

This property was very clean and very convenient. Close to everything that we want (Coligny and the Beach). The set up was wonderful. All one level and great access to the pool. Everything was very up to date and clean. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for helping us have a great vacation!

The location is perfect for beach access and riding bikes everywhere. The condo itself has a nice view of the pool. It smelled old and mildewed. We bought candles to try and help. Beds very uncomfortable and AC can’t go past 70 FYI. The beach toys mentioned are old and rusted. Needs updating.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very spacious for the price we paid. There were two pools (only one was shown in the pictures) and both were nice. However, the second pool had an access code which we didn’t have the code to. When we reached out to the property manager he did not give us the code because he said he didn’t know it... even though the pool is located on the property so that was a little annoying. The location is great and the beach is only a short walk away (maybe 7min). Last minute we decided to stay another night and the property manager booked it for us in just a few short minutes for a great price. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Property was as described. Very clean & a closet full of extra beach supplies for us which was great. It’s location is great. An easy walk to beach and short ride to Coligny. The TV in the second bedroom could use replacing. It’s smaller than most computer monitors. And we were unable to use cable into rooms at once. But this was a really minor issue for us as we weren’t in the condo watching TV much anyway.

Excellent time, very helpful staff, the location of the facility was excellent. This is one of the best vacations I have EVER had. The only downfall was the noise from the neighbors upstairs, however with the time out on the Island it was limited. Recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely be back and staying in your vacation rental. Thanks for everything 💜💯

It was perfect for my family and me. We had a wonderful view of the pool. It was nice and quiet. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The beach is right across the street. It was absolutely perfect! I look forward to staying here again real soon!
