Welcome to your own personal island paradise! This stunning property is located just one street back from the ocean in the peaceful Sea Pines neighborhood. You'll love the spacious two-level house, with its huge living and family room, open kitchen, and high ceilings. It's perfect for relaxing during the day or cooking gourmet meals for the whole family at night.

The upper level of the house boasts two king-sized bedrooms, each equipped with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen-sized bedroom that can accommodate two people and a playful kids' bunk room that comes with a trundle bed, allowing three little ones to sleep comfortably. Moving to the lower level, you'll find two more cozy bedrooms, one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twins, as well as a bonus space that features a pull-out sleeper sofa. The game room is also located downstairs and comes equipped with a ping pong table, which is sure to entertain any competitive guests in the group!

But the real magic happens outside, where you'll find a fantastic pool and patio area, complete with a gas grill for cooking up delicious meals in the sun. And when you're feeling adventurous, there's a path from the house that leads to the beach in just one minute! You can explore the stunning coastline by bike or on foot or head over to the nearby South Beach marina for some shopping, dining, and water activities. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.
