Welcome to this amazing property located at the end of a cul-de-sac! You'll be mesmerized by the stunning views of the lagoon in every direction. With 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths, this place is perfect for a family or group of friends. You'll love that the master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, and it even includes his & her closets, a separate shower, a double vanity, and a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed and a full bath, while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You'll enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a breakfast area and a Great Room with a high ceiling and a fireplace (not for guest use). Plus, there's a separate living room for you to cozy up in for an afternoon nap or a good book at night. Outside, you'll find a lot of living space, including a huge deck with a seating area and a grill that cantilevers over the lagoon. What's even better is that you'll have access to the Calibogue Club Villas Pool and Tennis.

This house is conveniently located near Harbour Town, offering easy access to its marina, pier, lighthouse, playground, Gregg Russell concerts, dining and shopping options, and the Stan Smith Tennis Academy. The marina provides fishing charters, sightseeing cruises, pontoon boats, jet skis, and kayak rentals. Guests can also enjoy delicious meals at the Links Restaurant, overlooking the first tee and ninth green. The Sea Pines Center is also a short distance away, offering spa services, shops, and restaurants.

Great Location

We had a fantastic time. Our stay coincided with Hurricane Helene and the island and community faired rather well. We never lost power! The ping pong and foosball table were a life saver during our rainy day. The beach club is just a short drive and the pool is right down the street. The house is stocked with all the essentials, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen essentials/supplies for cooking and grilling. We would definitely stay again if we choose HH for another family vacation. A few areas for improvement: Windows need washing, decks could use some cleaning, painting and minor repairs.

Each year I travel to Hilton Head, Sea Pines specifically and look for the perfect home. 36 Spartina was truly the perfect home - Thank YOU! The property management team was absolutely amazing - so responsive, but more importantly their kindness was extraordinary. The home is beautiful and absolutely perfect for making great memories!
