Guests have access to 6 beach chairs to use during their stay.



Start your mornings with coffee at home. The kitchen includes both a Keurig with complimentary K-Cups and a traditional drip coffee maker, whether you prefer a quick cup or a full pot.

The Space:

Enjoy the entire home to yourself, offering plenty of room for families and groups to relax and spend time together. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features an open-concept layout with the kitchen overlooking the living room, making it easy to cook, dine, and gather in one shared space.



The primary suite includes a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bunk room, making it a great setup for families with children or additional guests.



Just off the main living area, the sunroom provides another comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or unwind after a day at the beach.



Step outside to your own private backyard, where you'll find an in-ground pool, outdoor seating, and a grill. As the sun sets, the pool lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere for evening swims or spending time with family and friends.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, private backyard, and pool throughout their stay.



The driveway offers parking for up to four vehicles, making it convenient for families or groups traveling together.



About one week before your arrival, you'll receive detailed check-in instructions, driving directions, and your personalized 4-digit door code. Our keyless entry system allows you to check in at your convenience, so there's no need to coordinate key pickup.



Vehicle passes are to be purchased at either gate upon arrival. It is $20 for the week.
