    Completamente ristrutturato, una proprietà privata tre camere da letto, due e mezzo bagni villa situata sulla costa dell'Oceano Golf Course. Una breve cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Il primo piano si apre con tegole in argilla azteca e splendidi tappeti di accento. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato annesso con specchiera. Ci sono pavimenti in legno nelle camere da letto al piano superiore che hanno un secondo letto matrimoniale e due gemelli. Questa villa ha tutto lo spazio e comfort per massimizzare le vostre esigenze di vacanza.

    Inoltre, sono disponibili tre televisori (uno schermo piatto), un lettore VHS / DVD, videoteca modesto, via cavo, impianto stereo audio, internet ad alta velocità, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, full-size lavatrice / asciugatrice, e una cucina personalizzata completamente attrezzata. Lovely place off the Atlantic Dune golf course. Perfect size for our family of 4. Large bedroom on the first floor perfect for those who can’t do the stairs. Easy walk to Fraser’s. About an 11 minute walk to the beach club for beach access. We definitely enjoyed our first trip to HHI!

This rental was clean, comfortable, pet-friendly and well located. We enjoyed the bike trails and the proximity to the beach. Some road construction and landscaping work was taking place during our stay, but that is nothing unusual for off-season properties and it didn’t markedly affect our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect everything!

We stayed here in August 2024. The location was perfect; easy walk to the beach, golf course in the back yard, and an easy drive to other attractions. The condo was fully equipped and child & dog friendly. Overall a great experience!

Very Dog-Friendly

This was our first time traveling with our dog, Abby. Sea Pines at Hilton Head Island was the perfect place for us! She loved hanging out in the bright living room.

Great Location

Nicely located to a lot of places and easy to get to. Beach was short walk on a trail. Coast restaurant is near beach access and is great place. Bikes provided were a great amenity and allowed us to bike to Harbor Town and Lawton stables to feed the horses (BYOC - bring your own carrots). Will stay here again when we return.

Beautiful unit. Great location, very close to beach club and Fraser’s restaurant. Bicycles were good to have. We had a pleasant stay and if we decide to return next year we would rent the same unit. Wonderful stay

This place is exactly as pictured and described. It’s in a wonderful and quiet location in Sea Pines, a short walk from the beach. My family and I enjoyed being close to Harbor Town and South Beach. We also liked having bikes included to explore the area. The condo is spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely book this place again.

Graduation Celebration

This was a family vacation to celebrate our son’s college graduation. The home was beautiful, comfortable and in a perfect location to enjoy golf, walks to the beach and around the island and lots of great restaurants. Everything we needed was provided for a smooth check-in. I had a couple of questions before our stay and Jessica was very prompt in responding. This was a wonderful experience I hope to repeat!

Great location l, very clean but a little dated

Across the road from Plantation Club, easy walk to the Beach Club. Villa was very clean, communication was perfect. Like most Lighthouse Road villas interior is a little dated. More attention to kitchen utensils and microwave would push me to a 5 star rating.

Family vacation

We loved this sunny end unit property, it was in a great location close to the beach club where we spent a lot of time and then Harbour Town in the other direction for a whole different experience. Both easily accessible by bikes or walking. In addition the house was so well equipped, we cooked in a lot! Would definitely stay in unit 10 again!!

Our stay

Absolutely love the location have stayed in a few other of these villas… Was not sure what was going on with the trundle they had it nailed shut. One beach chair was broken. The other one was in really rough shape. Not much to complain about our vacation was absolutely beautiful.

Sea, Pines in September

Very nice property and great that we could bring a pet. We liked that the property owners provided bikes for us so we could ride on the many bike paths in the area. Great beach within walking distance. Takes about ten minutes because it’s not direct. Area was not crowded since it was September, but the weather was still perfect. Easy to contact rental mgr. We would go there again.

10 stars gor “ Lighthouse 10”

The house is perfectly situated, immaculate and very roomy. Plenty of space for family guests and our Yellow Lab! Great picture windows bring in loads of light, super equipped with loads of sheets and towels etc and a great island kitchen which made breakfasts terrific! Even had special sheets to cover furniture for dog so no guilt with left behind hair! Gracious and updated for a superb visit. Total 10 Strike!!!!

Beautiful Hilton Head

We come to Hilton Head about 4 or 5 times a year . We mix it up staying at resorts a few times and rental properties at other times . We were so pleased with this rental . It was very clean , well located and comfortable. It was a little dated but everything worked and we enjoyed the view from the large windows overlooking the golf course . The kitchen was by far the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental . We cooked several times because we had everything we needed . We are already planning our next trip . Would stay here again and would recommend to my family and friends .
