Welcome to Hilton Head Island! This beautifully furnished and newly renovated condo is new to the rental market and a short 10 min walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza, and several shops and restaurants.

Nestled in the heart of Hilton Head Island's vibrant South Forest Beach area, our newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm. Whether you're seeking a relaxing retreat, an adventure-packed getaway, or an ideal location to work remotely while relaxing, this private single-level condo is your ticket to the perfect island experience.

The Space:
As you step inside, you'll immediately be greeted by the clean and stylish design of our villa. The newly installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring sets the stage for a seamless flow throughout the space. The open concept living area invites you to unwind and make lasting memories with loved ones.

Kitchen:
The heart of any home, our kitchen is a culinary dream come true. Adorned with gleaming granite countertops and modern stainless-steel appliances, it's the perfect place to whip up a gourmet meal or simply brew a cup of your favorite coffee in our Keurig Duo Plus. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from cookware to utensils.

Bedrooms:
After a day of exploring Hilton Head Island's stunning beaches and attractions, retreat to the comfort of our thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom has a double sink vanity, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a dedicated makeup area illuminated by a lighted mirror. The 2nd bedroom features two cozy twin beds, perfect for kids or friends. An additional bathroom with a walk-in shower with dual shower heads ensures everyone has their own space. Each bedroom features a spacious closet and dresser, luggage racks, a ceiling fan, and convenient USB charging ports so your phones and portable devices can get a good night’s sleep also!

Living Area:
The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV, or simply unwind with a good book.

Outdoor Patio:
Step outside to discover our covered, screened-in patio, newly furnished for your comfort. Feel the gentle breeze as you lounge with a refreshing drink in hand or enjoy a leisurely meal al fresco. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving, making it a delightful spot to unwind any time of day.

*Please note that for your convenience, we provide starter packs that include: a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dishwasher detergent, and trash can liners, we don't restock these items during your visit.
* You will be provided with 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per person, up to 4 sets.
