Dal nostro lanai chiuso vedi il lussureggiante paesaggio della spa ~ la laguna, la piscina all'aperto e l'oceano ti trasformano in modalità vacanza. Questa comunità privata recintata offre sicurezza 24/7, 2 piscine all'aperto, 1 piscina coperta, vasca idromassaggio, palestra, campo da tennis, shuffleboard e area giochi per bambini.
La nostra villa si trova nell'edificio più vicino alla splendida e rinomata spiaggia di Port Royal Sound. Si trova a 50 passi dalla spiaggia, dal molo e dalla fauna selvatica. Cammina sulla spiaggia naturale o sul molo, cerca conchiglie, scava vongole e osserva la fauna selvatica. Riposa sulle altalene di fronte all'Oceano Atlantico in questa posizione privata.
Il nostro posto è completamente arredato e attrezzato. Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano che si apre in un letto matrimoniale. Ha anche una grande TV a schermo piatto. La sala da pranzo scorre dal soggiorno fornendo posti a sedere per 6. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, posate, utensili, pentole e padelle, teglie per biscotti, caffettiera con fodere, caraffa, tostapane, frullatore, sale e pepe. Gli elettrodomestici includono frigorifero, piano cottura, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. Sono forniti tutti i saponi, canovacci e prodotti di carta. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice, sapone e cesto della biancheria, asse e ferro da stiro aiuteranno le vostre esigenze di lavanderia.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con un materasso rigido e di sostegno. Cuscini, lenzuola e coperte fornite. C'è anche una TV a schermo piatto per il tuo piacere di visione. Il bagno completo in camera è dotato di vasca, doccia e asciugamani.

Perfect location

Loved the condo and the location on the sound short drive to public beaches and restaurants as well as shopping and the Coastal Discovery Museum. Parking was the only issue but it was just a minor one. The security at the front gate were also all so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely book here again.

Wonderful stay

The property was exactly as advertised. Very close to the beach, great beach access, right by the pool and grill area. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Beds were comfortable. And the best part about this property was the amazing hosts! Bob and Debbie were inviting, welcoming, respectful, communicative, and super helpful! We had a lovely time. The price was a great value as well.

Enjoyed our family stay. The condo is plenty big enough for a small family. It has easy access to the pools and a short walk to the beach. The enclosed patio was nice and had views of the ocean. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking meals.

Family trip

It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. We were happy to find beach chairs and some extras that made the trip even nicer. The Spa is currently renovating the indoor pool and we never found a fitness center. That is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars for accurate listing. This is not the owner's fault. We loved the easy access to a quiet beach and the wonderful shaded spots at The Spa. My favorite thing about the condo was the wonderful little screened in porch. So relaxing.

Nice not great!

The condo is nice. The average rented out and abused weekly beach condo. Everything you need for your week and the owners are very nice. Communication throughout the entire process and week to make sure there were not any issues. The “beach” part of this property not my style. When the tide is out everyday it is half a mile walk to water or better thru parts of mud and muck. Lots of crabs and LOTS of jellyfish! Not really a beach for little ones I would think. Also a cat habitat next property. Feral cats roam thru the parking lot. Property also set in lots of trees which brings lots of bugs. I did see the bug guy spray one day, but the south has more bugs, spiders, lizards, etc. Outdoor pool is directly behind condo which was nice.

The hosts Bob and Debbie are the most amazing people I’ve ever dealt with when booking a condo. They helped make sure we had everything set up for our trip. knowing we had been devastated by Hurricane Helene they made sure we were safe. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Quick trip

The condo is fine. We found garbage under the bed and did not feel like it was as clean as it could have been. The idea that one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom is enough for 5 days is strange. The beach is rocky and the water is very low most of the day. The ceiling fan in the kitchen shakes when it runs, like it is going to fall off the ceiling. The plugs in the master bedroom did not work except one. The master bathtub does not drain.

Much needed relaxing property

The location and property exceeded our expectations. Bob and Debbie were available, but they could add little to our stay as everything was in place. Our kids loved the closeness to the pool(s) and the beach, and we enjoyed how quiet the property was. Will consider the same property if returning to Hilton Head.

Anniversary get away

We have stayed at this location before and will plan to again the next time we head down for our anniversary. This location couldn’t be any better to fit our needs. We got a few glances of the resident Eagle this year as we left. Conveniently located to restaurants and the island winery (love)! The owners are always very responsive to any questions we may have.

Wonderful Hosts

Bob and Debbie are fantastic hosts. Communication with them was exceptional, beginning before we even arrived. They provided all the information needed for our late arrival and furnished a parking pass for the duration of our stay. They kept communication flowing after our arrival and offered lots of great suggestions for experiences on the island. The condo itself is located at the end, closest to the beach and right next to the pool. It was very clean and comfortable, with ceiling fans to boost as well as a/c. There are several board games and a deck of cards in the cabinet and we spent our late evenings at the table, playing games. We never turned on the tv our entire stay. We really enjoyed the time we were there and hope to stay in their lovely condo again.
