Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Single-level home with 3 bedrooms and a short walk to the beach! Enjoy close access to the beach in this fully renovated coastal chic ranch home with a hot tub and private outdoor shower! All-new kitchens, baths, furniture, and more ensure a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Experience true Sea Pines living that pulls the outdoor vistas in through the large windows and sliding doors, providing tons of natural light.

Two separate living spaces, vaulted ceilings, three spacious bedrooms, and designer touches throughout with a 75" large-screen smart TV in the great room, and 50" smart TVs in each bedroom. A single-level home with no steps for entry provides easy access and offers families with mobility issues a wonderful opportunity.

The home includes King beds in both the Primary and 2nd bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom features a queen sleep sofa and two twin XL beds. Modern bathrooms, each with rain shower heads and a tank-less water heater, provide warm showers for everyone. With a complete remodel in 2020, the home provides many upgraded features, including new stainless appliances, granite countertops, comfortable furnishings, LED lighting with dimmers, large capacity washers and dryers, and luxury vinyl hardwoods throughout.

Situated in a highly sought-after Sea Pines location on a quiet street, you will enjoy a short walk along a shaded path to the amazing south-end beaches. Location also affords easy bike rides to South Beach, Salty Dog, Harbor Town, and the Sea Pines Beach Club. Backyard incorporates the best of Sea Pines with live oaks, palms, and direct access to the bike and beach paths. A large patio with a Weber gas grill, a table to accommodate eight, a large hot tub professionally maintained twice weekly, and a private spa-like enclosed outdoor shower with separate wet and dry areas complete the outdoor living space.

Biking and nature galore

My wife and I loved our stay at this vacation rental. Everything about the place was just perfect. We went there to take advantage of all the bike trails and was pleasantly surprised to find a path right off the back yard. Plenty of restaurants and shops with in biking and even walking distance of the home. The home itself was super clean and up to date. Our favorite part of our trip was having our coffee and watching deer play in the back yard every morning we were there. We did a little hiking in the close by nature preserve and enjoyed some walks on the beach. The check in was easy and the property managers did a great job communicating with us and even called us halfway through the vacation to make sure we didn't need anything. You could tell they truly cared about our stay. Just a great place. I highly recommend.

Fantastic Sea Pines Home

Our family visited for the week of July 4th and loved staying at this property. With three kids and two working parents, the home provided everything we needed to get away but still sneak in some work from time to time. The two-family room layout was perfect for the kids to watch movies at night while mom and dad could reconnect over a glass of wine in the separate living room. If you need a family home in Sea Pines and don’t require a pool, this home is perfect!

Perfect for the five of us. Parents, 24 year old son and his girlfriend, and 31 year old daughter. All had our own space. Easy access to the beach. Use bikes! Two separate common areas also nice when we had to work. Would love to return soon.

Relaxing Spot

My husband, our 5 children, and myself stayed here for the second time and it was just as wonderful this time as it was last time. We saw armadillos and lots of deer in the backyard. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family! The property manager was responsive and checked on us multiple times. We hope to come back!

Family getaway

The location of the house was wonderful, back yard opened to walking/biking trail, you could be at the beach, golf course in a matter of minutes by biking. Home was comfortable and clean, large televisions in every room a plus. And the quiet living room without a television was a unique experience.

Wonderful stay!

The house is super comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything is clean and new. A hot tub is a plus even during summer. We used it in the evenings. The Sea Pines area is the place to be. We will definitely be back.

Updated ranch home

Updated ranch home in a quiet cup-de-sac with three bedrooms, two king beds and a two twin with pull out couch. Kitchen is fully renovated and has all the built in appliances you need, most kitchen utensils and food storage containers. Bike path at back edge of backyard gets you to beach in a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. New washer/dryer comes in handy. As does the outdoor Weber grill with connected and spare gas tank. Recommend renting bikes for everyone who can ride. Bring your own sharp knives, cutting board, and foil/Saran Wrap.

Great modern home near the beach!

The property is as advertised - it's recently renovated, in a quiet neighborhood, and centrally located in Sea Pines. Management was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Would stay there again.

House had amazing open flow with lots of space to congregate. Second living area was a great work space. Kitchen well equipped but was hoping for a cooking starter kit (a few spices and oil). Would have loved beach towels as well. Everything in home was top quality and perfect for a relaxing week with family. Would stay again!

Fantastic house!

We shared this house with another family and it was fantastic! The house was spotless and has a great layout. Having the bike path to the beach just outside the backyard was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked and all the furnishings in the house are very tasteful. Island Time was a very easy property management company to work with! Communication was very good, the check in process was seamless, and everything was precisely as described. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Excellent Stay

All 6 of us (2 adults and 4 teens) had a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. We ran out of propane and the rental company replaced it quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location in sea pines. A 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 2.5 mile bike ride to harbour town and 2 miles to south beach. The hot tub was a nice surprise. Loved the bike trail in the backyard. We saw 3 deer come in the yard. Just beautiful!

Beautiful & Updated House in a great location!

Wow this house was amazing! We stayed with our family of 4 (kids ages 9 & 11) and grandparents. Setup of the house was great kids loved their bedroom. The house was beautiful everything was updated, open floor plan. Fixtures & appliances were all updated as well. Location couldn’t have been better bike path goes by the backyard & it’s a 5 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride to a beautiful section of uncrowded beach! Property management was great attended quickly to a few minor issues & questions highly recommended!
