Condo is located directly across the street from the beach. Tastefully decorated the condo is fully furnished with everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation. You'll be staying blocks from Coligny Plaza the heartbeat of the island with dozens of great restaurants, world class beaches, the famous tiki hut bar, entertainment , shops and grocery store.

Condo offers: washer/dryer, stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, central heat and air, community pool, new beds and living room furniture, and an outdoor patio area over looking lagoon for relaxing and catching some sun.

With 2 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, this place is perfect for guests looking for a nice getaway. The living room even has a sofa bed for additional space. We think our place will help you experience everything Hilton Head Island has to offer.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

Great value for the price. Loved the location across the street from the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Coligny. Also liked the fountain off the back deck. The beach items were also a bonus (wagon, chairs, sand blanket, coolers, umbrella; there were also lots of beach toys for kids). Saved us in daily/weekly rental costs. The umbrella broke on us, but we replaced it and left the new one for those who follow. The garage parking and elevator were nice, especially on the couple days we had rain. As others have noted, some furnishings need an update, but everthing met our needs and the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. We would stay there again.

Sister’s trip to Hilton Head and the place was perfect for us! Close to the beach, Coligny shops, Piggly Wiggly and Skillets restaurant. The condo was nice - nice updates and nicely stocked kitchen.

Privacy!

Location is perfect. In walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Love the proximity to the swings; we sat in them each evening. Being on the lagoon side gave us total privacy while on the balcony!This was our 4th time to stay in these villas and this was the least updated. Tables were severely damaged, room rug was pretty nasty (I vacuumed it), deck door was hard to maneuver. Bed was very comfortable and we loved having a kerug. There were notes saying that updating will take place in this year. With some attention, this will be an enjoyable unit!

Mediocre

Sadly, this space left much to be desired. The description is accurate, but IMO the photos are better than the in-person experience. The unit is run down and certain aspects were not clean- specifically the sofas and bed. There was a lot of hair and debris on the furniture, which I immediately attempted to vacuum- however, the vacuum in the unit barely sucked anything up which grossed me out even further. We ended up covering the furniture with a blanket. The unit could be nice with some simple improvements, like better furniture, repairing things like the shower door, patio and closet doors, better beds/sheets, and a drain stopper for sink. For what we spent, I do not think it’s worth it. There are plenty of other comparable places with better amenities that I’d check out before this one. Complex is fine- no frills. Pool was closed for painting while we were there.

Nice roomy stay

Very nice condo with comfortable beds. Plenty of dishes, cooking pans in kitchen, although we did very little cooking. It does take a while for water to get hot in master bath, so let it run. But it does get hot. Exactly as advertised. I love this location and we have stayed here many times.
