  • Questa spaziosa casa vacanza su un unico livello di 2.041 piedi quadrati offre il meglio dei due mondi! Una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia e una vista eccellente dei fairway sul campo da golf Fazio dal tuo ponte di grandi dimensioni. Dall'atrio piastrellato all'ampio soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto, sala da pranzo per sei persone, sala riunioni e cucina abitabile, questa casa ha un grande flusso di traffico per una famiglia. La camera da letto matrimoniale nascosta dall'altra parte della casa ha il proprio bagno privato, TV a schermo piatto, cabina armadio, letto king size e vista sul campo da golf. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto per il vostro comfort. La lavanderia si trova appena fuori dalla cucina. Venite a godervi la nuovissima piscina e spa che ha appena terminato la costruzione nell'aprile 2019. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata su questa grande piscina con la sua splendida terrazza della piscina circostante, nonché la zona di immersione e abbronzatura personalizzata con lettini in acqua. Questa casa è ideale per riunioni di gruppo di grandi dimensioni con 14 posti a sedere all'interno e altri 6 posti all'esterno sul grande ponte con vista sul campo da golf. Una grande griglia a gas è fornita per un facile intrattenimento.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying at 32 Heath Dr in Palmetto Dunes. It was our first time renting a house and it was wonderful! We LOVED the swimming pool and hot tub and decided they were the best in the neighborhood! The house was spacious, well decorated and had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation!

Suggest window treatments along the back windows for privacy at night. Please have detailed instructions for working the TVS. The house is well zfoked and comfortable.

Love Hilton Head

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THe home was not updated however, we knew that before we reserved. The home was clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need, washer and dryer were fine. The manager came out to fix the dishwasher within 3 minutes, very fast response from the maintainence team. The only thing was the soft master bedroom matress,. we are thinking of coming back next year and would suggest a topper for the matress. The home was right on the golf course. We did not use the pool because it was February, but the kids jumped in and had a blast. The pool guys came out weekly, and trash guys brought the cans to and from the house so that was easy. Carpets do need cleaning in master or replaced, just little simple updates would go a long way. The TV was alittle complicated however, my husband figured it out. Need instructions.

We travel to HHI every August and stay at Palmetto Dunes for two weeks. We loved everything about our stay as always. This year, we lost about three days due to the storm. The management company was amazing in getting the pool and deck cleaned up after three days of storm. The house was amazing as always: very comfortable and clean, perfect location, amazing pool and view. The only thing I would change are the beds, mattresses and pillows as they are starting to feel a bit uncomfortable, but not terrible yet. We look forward to going back next year!!

Incompetent management company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at this property with my family and my elderly parents. They got there first and were tired after driving several hours from central Florida. When they attempted to check in they were told another group had already checked into the house. These people had given another address to security which was non existent, so somehow were given our house. They did not check/verify their identify. Management lied to my parents and said that their name was "off by one letter" from ours - highly improbable as we have a distinct name. My elderly parents were essentially interrogated to confirm THEIR identity whereas the interlopers were not even asked to present their ID. After much delay, security finally went and asked the intruders to leave (they clearly must've know they were in the wrong house). My parents rightfully said they would not enter unless it was inspected by security and housekeeping came through. While they waited outside in their car, security came by and asked my 79 year old father if he was housekeeping. Prejudiced much? They have traveled widely all over the world and this has been their worst experience. The house itself, as stated in other reviews, is in serious need of updating but was clean and utilitarian. The appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer) are very old and a disaster waiting to happen - need to be replaced. The area itself is nice and close to the beach. We were refunded one night's stay but that does not rectify the trauma and humiliation my parents had to endure. Would not recommend this community.

Golf great, hot tub not so hot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Men’s annual golf trip and we LOVED the golf courses and location of our rental home. The only complaint we had was not being able to turn on the heat in the hot tub. This was a big let down after playing 36 holes of golf each day and not being able to relax in the hot tub, because it wasn’t hot!

Reviewer Comments: First impression was front door completely duct taped from broken glass. Pool was not cleaned or skimmed. Previous renter pool toys still in it. Old chips under the couch. Called support to get pool cleaned and were told they already came (which they hadn’t) and then they showed up 2 hours later. Never us PD again.

Enjoyed our Stay

As mentioned in other reviews the interior needs some updates, but we barely spent time inside. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The rooms all had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing and the location was a short walk, or bike ride, to the beach. The house size was perfect for our group, this trip. A few things to note, the master shower drain was clogged, the dining room table is glass and unstable, the garbage and recycling took us a couple days to find and one of the cans was filled with water because lid was left off. Could use some bigger bins. All in all we would stay again if we had 6. I do wish they would accommodate more than 6 as the house is large enough.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was stocked and in a great location. However there was painters tape on a window in the front and back of house. The lamps in the bedrooms were dusty. There were areas where a little touch up paint would help make a huge difference. You also have to pat an extra $500 per week for heat in the hot tub which I felt was ridiculous. When paying $3,800 for the week for a house that should be included and not a huge up charge. The shower in the bathroom off the laundry room never had hot water. Repeatedly through the week golf balls would come flying in the backyard. My mother was almost hit in the face while floating in the pool. I realize you are on a golf course but it was constantly happening. Many golfers drove directly in the back yard almost up to the porch during the day which was also odd. The check in and out process was nice however I would not recommend renting this house nor will we again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented through Palmeto Dunes Resorts, stayed at 32 Heath Dr, house was ready when we arrived got our packet and passes, got to the house. Beautiful pool and on the Fazzio golf course. Kids wanted to get in the hot tub but it wouldn’t get hot. Called resort to find out we needed to pay in advance to have the hot tub heated and it was a package deal for pool and hot tub so we agreed to pay 350 plus 150 late fee to have hot tub heated oh and the package deal wasn’t real still had to pay an additional 300 to heat pool too..idk. So got the hot tub heater going 3 days later but then they cut it off a day early on us by mistake. Went to grill out on the grill to find it was rusted out so I went to Home Depot and bought $42 worth of parts so we could use it. Then propane was out took 2 days to get it. Drain in master was clogged but we were able to clear it. Other than that the stay was great. Short walk or bike ride to the beach! They did refund us 500 toward the hot tub heating which was much appreciated

The house had a wonderful backyard and pool area and was in a quiet neighborhood. The only negative was the inside was a bit dated- looked like Granny’s house from 1990 but it was very clean and everything was in good working condition. We had a great time and would definitely go back.
