Spectacular home with large outdoor space! 2nd row and steps to the beach!

  • 10 Armada is a 2nd row 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home -- the perfect island vacation home, and only steps from the beautiful beaches of Palmetto Dunes Plantation.

    Nine steps lead to entry where you will find a spacious family room with a large TV and plenty of seating for the family. The dining room seats up to eight and overlooks the private pool/spa area with a gas grill, private gazebo with a table for 4 and another table for 6 just a few steps down. The kitchen overlooks the living room, dining room and a stylish den. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large eat-in bar, quartz countertops, colorful tile and new cabinetry.

    The first bedroom is located 5 steps up from the entry with a king bed. The next bedroom is located on the second floor with a king bed. Two additional bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. All bedrooms are furnished with tvs and private bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is completely separate from the home. Ten steps lead up to this separate suite over the garage, with hardwood floors, king bed, TV and bathroom with shower. There is also a small kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator.

    *Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

What an amazing vacation, pool is great, kitchen is well equipped, rooms are nice, large enough for a larger group, very close easy walk to the beach. Cons: some bedrooms were a little warm, bathrooms outdated, and there wasn’t enough seating for all 12 of us to eat a meal together. The bar stools are to short for the very high countertop bar. Over all the experience was great and we would return.

Great Location

The house is in the perfect location for a Hilton Head stay- short walk to the beach and a quick drive or Dunes Buggy ride to many shops and restaurants, but also very private from the other houses around it. We had ages 15-50 staying at the house and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The pool, hot tub and size of bedrooms were definitely a plus! Some cons would be: 1. The odor from the septic tank-you could sometimes smell it outside or in the guest house. 2. Some of the beds were not the most comfortable. At the end of the day, the pros definitely out way the cons and we all had a great vacation!

Family retreat

House was perfect for our 2 families! The main area and kitchen were large enough that 12 did not feel cramped. Close proximity to the beach and a fantastic pool!

We had a wonderful week at 10 Armada. We were able to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday with family. House was very comfortable and spacious and although the island was busy we felt secluded in our neighborhood. Spacious laundry room with extra frig was so great. So enjoyed the pool and spa. Only add would be a railing to get into pool and hot tub. We’d love to return to this home again.

Excellent location, clean and updated chef’s kitchen with all amenities including g a gas range which is rare on the island but perfect for cooking big family dinners.

Our vacation was all we had imagined. Our house was beautiful and met our needs. My grandchildren loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Also the location was fabulous!
