Goditi le tue vacanze nelle splendide Palmetto Dunes al 14 Promontory Court. Svegliati al cinguettio degli uccelli, chiama le dune buggy per un breve giro in spiaggia o in bici fino alla spiaggia, emozionanti sentieri, termina la giornata nella tua vasca idromassaggio o piscina privata e bevi un bicchiere di vino mentre guardi la fauna selvatica nel tuo cortile.
I prezzi variano in base alla stagione. Sappiamo che apprezzerai questa bellissima casa per le vacanze tanto quanto la nostra famiglia! Goditi alcune onde! Assicurati di cercare i delfini e molti animali selvatici meravigliosi che abbelliscono questa bellissima isola.

La casa dispone di una grande piscina privata e vasca idromassaggio ed entrambi possono essere riscaldati a un costo aggiuntivo. Abbiamo installato internet wireless ad alta velocità e ci sono alta definizione e smart TV in tutta la casa,. C'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size, una camera da letto matrimoniale e poi ci sono due camere da letto aggiuntive ciascuna con (2) letti singoli. C'è anche un divano letto che può essere estratto quando necessario per dormire fino a 10. Quindi 8 sono nei letti nelle camere da letto, quindi altri 2 in un divano letto. Potresti avere più di 8-10 persone, ma solo se alcuni sono bambini più piccoli che possono dormire sul divano al piano di sotto o in materassi ad aria / sacchi a pelo con mamma e papà o con altri bambini in una stanza insieme.

La nostra casa è gestita professionalmente e avrete accesso completo alla reception della società di gestione locale per il servizio di manutenzione, il servizio di pulizia e l'aiuto con prenotazioni in varie attività come golf, tennis, tour di osservazione dei delfini, noleggio biciclette, surfisti, sci nautico , noleggio di barche a motore e barche a vela, ecc.

Avrai pieno accesso al campo da golf presso il Trent Jones Ocean Course di Palmetto Dunes (altro preferito personale).

Visitate le altre isole preferite: il South Beach Marina con battute di pesca di mezza giornata o complete, visite ai delfini, ristoranti e, naturalmente, il famoso Salty Dog Café, un must per ogni visita per ascoltare musica, bevande e divertimento per l'intera famiglia!

Really nice house on beautiful grounds. Loved the pool, hot tub, grill, and other amenties, including a basement that they are remodeling and the deer that we saw at least twice a day. Host was very responsive and helped us out when we left something behind.Only drawback (and everyone is different) is that we found the beds to be too firm for us.

Overall house was ok. Basement upgrade will be nice when complete. New oven and microwave nice. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. Good location relative to beach. Outdoor area needs to be cleaned up..did not look like pictures. With majority of host fees dedicated to outdoor items I expected it to be nicer. Grill rusted and no propane. Three bikes need to be repaired in order to ride.

Fabulous stay

Great property. We have stayed in this area 3-4 times from the Omni to condos, and homes. This property was phenomenal with proximity to the beach and walking/riding paths. Beach chairs, bikes and towels available to use. We rented this house for my mom's birthday. Plenty of room for all of us then some. Great out door space so peaceful, the deer thought so too!!

Great family trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My children loved the pool and we used the bikes to ride to the beach! The location of the property was nice as it was close to grocery stores, and shelter cove for activities for the kids during the summer. The only downside was some broken items outside. The umbrella by the pool was unusable and there were only 2 pool loungers instead of 4 as pictured.

Hilton Head Getaway

The house and private pool were beautiful and met all expectations as noted online. There were additional renovations made in the basement that were not listed which were very nice. The community of Palmetto Dunes is wonderful. There are a few minor maintenance issues we noticed on arrival (high light bulbs to be replaced, screws in wall for bathroom paper holder, broken cupboard door) that need to be corrected but there was nothing major that affected our stay. The host communicated as soon as we booked and was very gracious. We had a lovely time and would definitely return to this beautiful home.

Last chance getaway

We rented this home for our last break before school starts and our daughter moved to France for 2 years. Wonderful home and location. It had everything we needed with close proximity to the beach and shops. Prefect home! Will definitely rent it again in the future. Eliza is a wonderful host ❤️ Thank you so much for accommodating our offset schedule from typical summer rentals.

Very nice home, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The included bikes were a bonus. The pool is very private and the yard is big. It’s a very quick bike ride to general store and the beach. The walk isn’t bad either. We love Palmetto Dunes and would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Great Location and Wonderful Layout

Our stay was fantastic and the location within Palmetto Dunes is excellent. The house is laid out well for a medium sized family or group and we loved the pool. There are a few light bulbs that need changed and little bit of maintenance that could be done, but nothing that truly affects your stay. We would definitely stay again.

The house was supposed to be clean when we checked in but we found studf underneath one of the beds master suite rooms and some sticky residue in one of the kids rooms. Vacation Week

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house for our annual Hilton Head Island vacation. The location was ideal with great running/walking/biking opportunities. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and The General Store. The pool in the backyard was such a great asset. We also really appreciated that the house was pet friendly. Had to communicate with the host a few times, but they responded very timely!

Stay at HH

Nice house, but no trash bags other than the one in basket in kitchen. Had to purchase toilet paper as there was only 1 extra, could not use the bikes as they were filthy. Bedrooms were perfect and so were the bathrooms. Many lights in the kitchen and family room were out or wood not go on. But, great pool and hot tub and loved the deer meandering in the yard and would rent this home again

Wonderful Home

We were 4 adults on Hilton Head Island on a four day golf vacation. The place was conveniently located, spacious, well maintained and clean. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Eliza, our host, was very helpful and available to answer questions.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay in this house! The hot tub was fantastic, as was the pool. The house layout is great, with plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. This is our second time staying here, and we will be back!

Overall, the location, the neighborhood, the size of house, layout of house was perfect for our family. The only criticism I gave is that the property needs a bit more oversight. The cleaning crew needs to pay attention more to putting items away. Ladders and household equipment, paint canisters should be tucked away. But, items for guests to clean up after themselves should be promoted by being readily available. I couldn’t find a broom, sos pads, basic cleaning supplies to maintain the area for the week especially since they’re is no room service fir these type of rentals. The outdoor area needs some attention too. Honestly, these are small easy things to do to make this place a 5 star experience.

Perfect for our group of 8!

The house matched the photos posted on the site. The rooms were spacious and provided plenty of area for the 8 of us. The kitchen had basic supplies for the week. The pool area and decks were a family favorite! The dune buggies were a great way to get around the property, including rides to the beach. Our teens enjoyed the bikes provided in the garage and the adults appreciated the beach chairs! Some basic cleaning inside the house could be done to increase the cleanliness- the walls could use more frequent wiping down, but overall, we were very pleased with the house and outside property!

The property is nice the house was clean but could use some minor maintenance, fresh paint, pool service, a good monthly walk through would be very useful experience . I was very happy with the owners participation and the quick resolutions.

Nice house and worked well for our family. Its a 7 min bike ride to the beach!

Here’s a few maintenance items that we noticed. 2 bikes out of 8 we couldn’t use. They both have flat tires. One of the closet doors in the bedroom is broken. The room that has a queen bed doesn’t have a closet. It’s actually the den that was turned into a bedroom. One of the wooden lounge chairs by the pool is broken. Overall, the house suited our family needs and we enjoyed our stay. Great location to everything too!
