Questa casa ha tutto ciò che si può chiedere! 2 Nighthawk è una casa oceanica di quinta fila sul lato del mare di North Forest Beach. Splendidamente decorato, ha tutti i comfort di casa, con la comodità di una breve passeggiata per le spiagge dell'Oceano Atlantico. L'arredamento moderno abbonda in questa casa. Arredata con gusto, questa casa dispone di più spazi di vita per l'intera famiglia. L'ingresso presenta un'area salotto con morbidi divani in pelle e alte finestre che riempiono la stanza di luce naturale. La cucina è stata completamente rinnovata con mobili personalizzati, ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Un grande tavolo da pranzo appena fuori dalla cucina consente di mangiare in comune. Il soggiorno principale dispone di un ampio divano componibile, con posti a sedere supplementari, una grande TV a schermo piatto, un centro di intrattenimento alla moda e un camino (solo decorativo).

Questa casa dispone di una camera da letto principale al primo piano con un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto a parete e ampio bagno privato. Quattro camere da letto supplementari si trovano anche al livello principale, con 2 su ogni lato della casa, tutte con letti Queen, TV a schermo piatto, e ogni coppia di camere da letto condivide un bagno completo. Al piano superiore è una camera / den bambini che dispone di una doppia più letto a castello e un divano letto matrimoniale. Una grande TV a schermo piatto offre l'intrattenimento in questa zona giorno aggiuntiva. Un bagno completo è anche collegato pure.

Great long weekend with family at 2 Night Hawk. 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min from shopping and the kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Trip was wonderful,house was good size. Close to beach,private lots of room. One problem pool was too hot. Called they came out said problem fix but next day was hot again. Said it was automatic heated.Sounded a little crazy. Needed heat off. Owner's should look into this problem. We will definitely rent again .

Great Family Beach House

We love this property! This is our 4th or 5th time staying at this house with extended family for our annual beach trip. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and lots to entertain a variety of ages. Easy walk to beach. Dog friendly with multiple fenced off areas. Love the quiet as it’s a little further away from the hustle of Coligny circle but also conveniently a short walk or bike ride away. We hope to stay here for many years to come!

Family New Years Trip

Great Location of property. Easy walk to the beach. Walk, jog, or ride a bike on path just across the street from house. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We did bring our own crockpot for one meal that we planned. Fenced in yard outside of pool area was perfect for the dog. Sunroom area was a great place to sit and relax along with outdoor fenced in patio area. Couple of things to mention though. 1. Description of one of the rooms states that there are 2 queen beds. This is incorrect. There are 5 rooms on main level each with one bed only. 2. French doors in Master bedroom did not lock (or we couldn’t figure out how to lock). These lead out to the pool which could be a HIGH risk for young children. 3. We had paid for the pool to be heated. We weee very disappointed to arrive and the pool was cold. We thought maybe it had just been turned on and gave it a day. Still not warm. Called office and found out that it had not been turned on. We were told that we would be refunded. They came out and turned heat on, but the pool NEVER heated during our stay and so we ended up not using the pool. We have still not been refunded for the payment of heating the pool. Pool looked nice and there is a good area to relax around the pool unfortunately we did not use this area.

House was nice. It does need some fixes. The doors in master did not lock and would just open so we had to bungie them shut. But, house was good for all of us! We had a great family vacation!

Family Gathering for Our Sons Wedding Event

We wanted a home with space for gathering and young adults to have their own space. We also brought our dog and the fenced yard was appealing. It has a large grass area for pet and can be kept away from pool if needed. Three large areas for lots of people to gather. Home was everything they advertised and was pleased with the experience. Wish they did supply a few essentials, more trash bags for kitchen and foil/plastic wrap for food storage. Didn't think I had to bring and had to purchase. Not a big deal, just always had at homes that we have rented in the past. Walk two homes to the beach and bikes made it complete. Would rent again. Enjoy!

Great location and home

The property is in a great location.. easy quick access to the beach. Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen (could use some cutting boards). The pool was hot and we really couldn’t get it to cool down. The one or two times we had a question or need, the manager was very quick to respond. Thanks

Great home for a family beach vacation!

Great home for a family beach vacation! This is actually our third summer staying in this house. It has worked perfectly for us in the past with our multi family needs + dog friendly. It’s in the perfect location as easy walk to beach and short trip to Coligny Plaza.

Nice house

We travel with older dogs so the house was perfect for us with no stairs since most of the living space is on the first floor. The fenced yard and proximity to the beach was great too. Even our 14 year old dog could make the easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The internet went down twice which was a hassle but that’s a Sprectrum issue. The property managers were quick to help us with the internet issues.

Family beach trip

The location was awesome. The house was nice. I wish I had seen photos of the layout of the house prior to our stay. The master is connected through a door (no lock) to one of the bedrooms with a queen bed. I saw a photo of this online but was not sure how the bedrooms were connected. The sound travels very easily through that door as well as the bathroom on that side of the house. The only other thing that I would change if I could would be the laundry area. It is located in the master bedroom so it was not easily accessible for everyone.

Beach Side of North Forest

We loved the 1 minute walk to the beach everyday! No traffic at all. The pool was so nice for early morning and late afternoon swims. Spacious home. Overall a clean home. Could use a deep clean soon. Surfaces were clean but dust on windowsills and sticky residue/food on the kitchen cabinets. Sofa mattress was replaced the first day we were there as we found pencils and pieces. Property Manager was easy to work with and responded very quickly. Fixed the ice maker the same day I called. We would definitely stay here again.

Family & friends trip!

We have been traveling to HHI for over 25 years with our family and have stayed in several locations over the years— This house was a treat! Loved the location- 5 houses from beach access far enough away from Coligny public beach, but close enough if you want to stroll down for an afternoon drink or to shop! The home is designed well for all ages, plenty of space! (We had 10 adults -grown college age kids and 4 parents) And the yard was perfect for our dog. WiFi was reliable for our remote work needs, and parking for 4 cars. We would definitely rent again!
