Welcome to your ideal beach retreat! Located less than a mile from the South Gate of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and just a short walk to the ocean, this beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom ranch-style home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location.

Step inside to find a spacious open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The living room features three sliding glass doors that open to a private outdoor oasis, complete with a large patio, private pool, and lush bamboo landscaping that offers both a coastal vibe and serene privacy. Enjoy year-round outdoor living with new, durable furniture and a propane grill, perfect for dining al fresco.

The fully stocked kitchen includes bar seating for three and opens to a cozy den with a dedicated workspace for those who may need to work while vacationing. Designer furnishings and tasteful decor throughout the home ensure a welcoming and elegant ambiance.

The luxurious primary suite features tray ceilings, direct access to the patio, an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, double vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet with ample shelving and storage. A queen guest bedroom sits just across the hall, complete with an HDTV and generous closet space, and shares access to a full hall bath with a walk-in tiled shower. Another guest room near the living area features a king bed, HDTV, and large closet.

Upstairs, you’ll find a private guest suite with a king bed, sleeper sofa, HDTV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and walk-in tiled shower.

This home is immaculately maintained, with a brand-new HVAC system to keep you comfortable year-round. The pool and spa can also be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

Whether you're relaxing by the pool, walking to the beach, or enjoying everything Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort has to offer, this home is the perfect coastal getaway.

Beautiful Home. Wish we has AC in July!

Pros: Beautiful house. Very well kept. Great decor. Great location. Pool is fun. Beach is close. Cons: Day 1 we had no AC when we arrived and were relocated to another property. Day 2 the AC guy fixed what he could so most of the house had AC, but the master did not. We spent the week having to use loud box fans in the master, as temperature was near 85 degrees every night. We were told that that was nothing they could do. The ducts had to be fixed and that was out of their expertise. Also, we had to pay for a "parking pass" as we had to take 3 cars and they only include 2 cars in rental. I felt they could have comp that. So, overall, house is beautiful. We just weren't lucky with the AC I guess.

Inaccurate description

We chose this rental because we we were coming for spring break and wanted a hot tub if the weather was too cold for the beach. It should plainly state that the hot tub cannot be heated in the description. The tub is heated from the air. I’m not sure why anyone would design a hot tub this way but essentially it’s useless. My kids were disappointed especially when they could hear neighbors splashing around in their pools and hot tubs in 60 degree weather because their spas could be heated.

Great location and neighborhood

Great trip overall- we had nice time but would have been great to have been told we would need to pay for more than 1 car, the shades in the sliders need to be fixed, pool was dirty and needed water -below skimmer, house smelled little wet-- the property ppl were made aware but didn't respond to my email.
