  • Spacious 3 BR condo just steps from the beach. Perfect for families or groups, this comfortable condo offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy the views from one of the three balconies, dive into the pool, or play a friendly game of tennis or pickleball- there are numerous options!

    Guests have private access to the entire condo as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking and access to a shared paid laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

    Also included with your stay is full use of the Villa amenities including a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, bike storage, beautifully landscaped grounds and a back garden with picnic area and Grill - all surrounded by a scenic lagoon.

    BEDROOMS
    This gorgeous Villa accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms.

    Bedroom 1- This room features a King bed with a balcony. It has a private bathroom. This room is known as the lockout suite for privacy during your stay. This room includes a smart TV and a mini fridge.

    As you enter the unit take a right, then down the hall you can find bedroom 2 which consists of 2 single beds and a queen bed. This room includes a TV as well. It also has an iron, and an ironing board located in the closet. There are also extra pillows located in this closet if needed.

    Next to Bedroom 2, you will find the master bedroom. This features a luxury king-size bed, private bathroom, and comfortable linens and sheets, the master bedroom is your space for serenity. This bedroom also features a balcony. This bedroom includes a smart Tv and a Fireplace.

    All bedrooms are equipped with a similar set of amenities.

    BATHROOMS

The host was great, very responsive and helpful. The location was great. The internet did not work and the living room door gets stuck so be careful if you go out and close the door. The cleaning crew needs to do better and pay attention to detail. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall stay was great!

Large Clean Condo

Nice beach accessories, nice furnishings, bed was very comfortable, air distribution was not the best, back bedrooms got a little warm- put a fan in the hall to blow cooler air back and it helped.Kitchen was well appointed. Entrance gate was finicky, but other key pads worked well. We enjoyed our stay

Our only issue was the motion lights in the hallway and the kitchen. The lights would disturb the person sleeping on the couch and anyone who left their bedroom door open. The thermostat also changes the temp at random time up to 74 degrees so we had to keep turning it down. We enjoyed the location and how quiet the building was most days.

Our host was excellent!! He was so helpful to this bunch of retired teachers!! This was a Fall trip to shop so the rooms were convenient to our needs. The water view was a moat that might or might not have alligators. We had hopes of looking over a lake or larger water.We had a blast so all good. The porch doors were not locked and we couldn’t get them to lock while there.
