Surf Court 67 - 2 Camere da Letto Rinnovate 2019 Townhouse Steps to the Beach

Sotto New Ownership questa unità è stata completamente ristrutturata. Tutti i nuovi mobili, cucina, aggiornamenti bagno, pavimenti e vernici. Questa unità è sicuramente la preferita dai nostri ospiti abituali che soggiornano al Surf Court.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno en-suite con cabina doccia. La camera degli ospiti ha due doppie e un extra estraibile culla nell'armadio. Entrambe le camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto.
La nuovissima cucina dispone di contatori al quarzo e di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Lavatrice / asciugatrice full size Samsung. L'ampio soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto e un divano letto queen estraibile. Sarai certo di trovare relax in questa casa a pochi passi dall'Oceano Atlantico.
Si consiglia di noleggiare biciclette per saltare sulla pista ciclabile appena fuori dal complesso Surf Court. Puoi andare a piedi o in bicicletta a Plaza Coligny dove puoi fare shopping o per colazione, pranzo, cena o il miglior gelato !!

Great Last Minute Getaway

We booked this condo as a last minute getaway in June. We were impressed with the size of the rooms and enjoyed having the living area and bedrooms on separate floors. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were a plus. The balcony is on the smaller side and is shared with neighbors, which might be inconvenient for some. The sliding door was also very difficult to open and is need of maintenance. The location is perfect for families with small kids as you're only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Coligny Shops area. The property managers were excellent to deal with and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. It was a great find for a last minute getaway in peak beach season.

Good property, but lots of retirees means lots of rules.

Overall good property and a good location. Quite and well-maintained property and the unit was for the most part pretty clean did seem to have some mold in the bathroom ceiling. Since there are so many retirees that also came with so many rules, literally kids could not play with a ball in the pool. They are also unaware of ADA protections with people who have service dogs and attempt to charge you more.

Needs a thorough cleaning

This is our second time staying at this complex, but the first at this particular condo. We love the area and the proximity to the beach/shops. This particular condo has so much potential but it really needs a deep cleaning. I didn’t love coming across 2 large cockroaches in the condo, but I recognize that is sometimes part of being in this part of the country. It was a comfortable stay and worked for us, but to hire someone at the start of the season to do a really thorough deep cleaning (bathroom walls, baseboards, etc) would make it perfect!

Great Rental Getaway

Great location to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The property is very nice with a well maintained pool and grounds. The beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities to make for a nice stay.

Loved this place!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The place was great and the location was amazing. The fact that beach access was just across the street was amazing. With two small kids we didn’t want to have to walk far. I am actually going to try and book this same place next year that is how much we liked it!

Happy getaway!

We loved this property. It was a really wonderful and updated condo - we loved the modern kitchen and renovated bathrooms. The sitting room was all we could hope for. And the bedrooms were absolutely top notch! The pool and gardens were a wonderful backdrop. Overall - couldn’t be happier!

Enjoyed our stay. Great location only 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Appreciated having a balcony overlooking courtyard and very nice pool. Checked all our boxes for for meeting expectations.

Clean, comfortable, close to beach

The three separate sleeping areas and 2.5 baths were perfect for our family. We prepped lunches for the beach and made a couple of dinners and snacks in the kitchen. The large dining room table was perfect for playing games on rainy days or in the evenings. We happily borrowed boogie boards and beach chairs that had been left by other guests in the closet by the front door. Coligny Beach with restrooms, changing rooms, and outdoor showers was a five-minute walk. Restaurants and shops were right there as well. Great customer service by the property management team who responded to promptly to questions I had before and during the trip!

Great Place.

Great Condo, beach stuff in closet!

This was our 2nd stay at Surf Court. We really like the close proximity to the beach and restaurants/tiki hut and grocery store. I was born and raised on the island so now I bring my family back and we do the tourist things :) There are 4 beach chairs in the closet along with pool noodles, sand bucket and a few toys, and a beach tent that we bought but couldn't bring home. It was actually too windy to put it up so we didn't use it and just rented the blue chairs and umbrella on the beach for two days. In the closet under the stairs there are boogie boards and a styrofoam cooler which was nice to bring to the beach. The kitchen was new and equipped with the necessities. We made breakfast each day. We used the new dishwasher and washing machine/dryer too and they worked great. Overall it was clean, I would say that the baseboards could use a good wiping down and the air vents too. I did clean the light over the dining table because of dust :) We also left laundry detergent pods and dish soap there. The double beds upstairs I heard were very comfortable and also the pillows. The master bedroom's bed was very firm, so if you like that, you'll sleep great. The towels were nice and plentiful. We were there from 4/25-30/2021. I'm already looking for next year's surf court condo, we just love it there-and for the price, you really can't beat it! Enjoy!

Amazing stay

I did not have one single complaint about this place! The location is perfect and the pictures don’t do it justice. 5 minute walk to the beach and anything you could possibly need! Great bathrooms and the WiFi actually worked by the pool! Our air conditioning broke and someone was there within the hour to take a look. I will 100% be back!

Better than expected !

The property was amazing. The place is nicer than the pictures look. The master bed is very comfy and the two queen sized beds in the guest room are as well. The rug is brand new and felt like a cloud. Very good light comes into the room and the apartment is located a stone throw away from the beach and several brunch/ dinner spots. I would recommend and rent here again.

Place is very nice, but I recommend a deep cleaning on area rug and walls as these are areas that can reduce the overall experience. Super nice upgrades, I would stay again especially if these things were addressed .

Excellent stay!

Condo was set up perfectly and very comfortable. Everything was listed as stated in reservation and location was minutes walk away from beach. Amenities were great and we would definitely reserve this condo again in the future!
