Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

2 bedroom, 3 bathroom Moorings villa close to the beach (650 feet from beach access; less than a two-minute walk) and the pool (located right outside the villa) in the sought-after Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island This Palmetto Dunes villa is set in a prime location with amenities that will please the whole family.

This modern Moorings villa was recently remodeled, has new paint, and features new flooring. The open-plan living area is spacious, with a smart TV for entertainment, an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy vacation meal prep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, a private en-suite bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom features two queen beds, a smart TV, a slider door to the balcony, and a private bath. small desk or work area for convenience.

23 The Moorings are within walking distance of the Robert Trent Golf Course, Alexander’s Restaurant, Dunes House beachfront bar and restaurant, and a small general store. There are miles of canals throughout the Palmetto Dunes for canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boarding.

Villa was clean and spacious. The location of the 2nd bedroom gave the third adult in our party privacy, when needed. Television remotes were easy to operate which is not always the case in villas. Very short walk to ocean. Even less of a walk to the pool. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful area.

“This place is so much nicer than ours”

Said everyone who walked into the Villa from other neighboring villas. It was super clean, spacious, kitchen was well-stocked. Island Time who manages the property was super helpful. Highly recommend!

This property was the perfect location for a beach getaway with a variety of activities on the premises. There were countless things to do! The property was also in a very convenient location and was a quick drive to restaurants. The villa was super clean upon arrival. It was exactly as described and depicted.

Great Property and Location

Excellent stay. We have been to the Mornings a number of times; this property was the best one yet. Island Time was excellent to work with. VayK items were great to have, with the credit as part of the total package was very convenient. Will try to stay here again in the near future.

Beautiful Villa

We stay in The Moorings Villas every year for the past 7 years and this has been my favorite villa so far. Very clean and updated villa. My kids loved the games they had available. The unit was equipped with just about everything you would need. It does back up to The Marriott Resort within Palmetto Dunes so some nights and early mornings were a little loud due to maintenance so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I highly recommend this villa and we will definitely stay here again.

Only thing I didnt like was that they charged 95.00 (which I wasnt aware of) for rental of bikes/gear which they say is 150.00 credit at rental place which you have to use 72hrs before arrival. Never planned on renting anything so got screwed out of 95.00

Great location and great villa

We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely family friendly, I love that there was a pack n play in the unit. I thought it was well stocked with the essentials. The Marriott is right behind the unit so we used the sound machine provided, we didn’t hear a thing.

We had a fabulous time staying for two weeks! The property was clean, updated, and spacious! They even had drying racks, which we always need for all our wet bathing suits and towels! Will definitely try and book this property again!

Great experience overall

The Island time staff was excellent. Very helpful and always reachable via phone or text. Condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and perfect location to the beach. 5 minute walk. Pools are nice. Even though it was a crowded week, we always had parking and pool was never crowded! We were there with our 2 adult sons and they each had their own queen size bed! They even gave us $150 credit toward beach gear rentals and we rented bikes. It worked out perfectly! Kitchen and toiletries well stocked. We had everything we needed! Would DEFINITELY stay again!!!

Great area and location

This is the second time we have stayed in this community. We love the bike/walk paths, the closeness to the beach, pool, and the General Store. We enjoy the layout of the condo as our kids (12 & 14) enjoy having a more separate area when they need some quiet time. This year we needed a desk for both my son and husband to work from, so that was a bonus for us. The kitchen is well supplied and the condo was clean and ready for us.

Clean Up

The Reno was not completed when we arrived . Very dusty, closets filled with old items, cable was inadvertently, sliced by crew, had very limited access for almost four days, washer and dryer never delivered…. I could go on. Should not have been rented. Management company was cooperative and sympathetic. The unit is next to the back of the Marriott Hotel, very noisy starting at 7:00 a.m. Ray&Sandy
