Splendidamente ristrutturato 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, ultimo piano Villa a Hilton Head Beach e Tennis Resort!
Tutti i nuovi mobili con bellissimi pavimenti in legno nuovi in tutta la villa! Nessun tappeto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, una televisione e un bagno privato con ripiani in granito. La camera degli ospiti può ospitare 4 persone con due set di nuovi letti a castello singoli. Il nuovo divano letto ha un materasso queen size. Perfetto per famiglie numerose! C'è una sala da bagno per l'uso della camera degli ospiti e del soggiorno. La cucina è stata recentemente ristrutturata e aperta sulla sala da pranzo e sul soggiorno. Il balcone si estende per tutta la lunghezza della villa e ha un nuovo tavolo e 4 sedie, perfetto per il caffè del mattino e le albe! La vista è incredibile da lì e l'Oceano Atlantico è a pochi passi! Le spiagge di sabbia bianca sono il luogo ideale per rilassarsi durante la giornata.

Il complesso dispone anche di 2 piscine, campi da tennis, palestra e parco giochi con area barbecue / picnic a disposizione degli ospiti. Convenientemente situata al centro dell'isola, questa zona di Hilton Head è una posizione meravigliosa per tutti i vacanzieri in spiaggia!

We would stay here again. Close proximity to food, bars and walking distance to the beach. Michael the owner was super easy to get in touch with when needed and responded right away. The only negative I have that has nothing to do with his listing but the building itself, the elevator is a bit slot like. Our family was happy with this location.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk and you're ready to set up on the beach for the day! Space was a little tight for a family of 6, but adequate. Dishwasher was not working during our 5 night stay, nor was the wifi/internet, which was very disappointing during a rainy day since none of the tv's could be used. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were nice to have on hand. would recommend based on the 2 items above being fixed.

Another great stay!

This was our 4th year in Hilton Head and our 3rd year staying in this condo. We absolutely love it. The location is wonderful and communication is perfect. We hope to be back next year my girls have made so many great memories here.

Top Floor Villa

This is an amazing place!! We had the best time at the Villa! What we loved the most was how close this building is to the beach with a ramp access. Also, it was great being on the top floor with such a nice view of the ocean. The villa has great beds, a big kitchen, a nice living room, a huge balcony & great bathrooms. The resort has so many fun things for families to do. The pool is spacious, pickle ball, events like karaoke, a restaurant, ice cream and so much more! This island has the cleanest healthiest beaches I have ever seen. The ecosystem here is teaming with life, there are so many ocean animals to see. There are friendly knowledgeable lifeguards at the beach. The waves at high tide are so fun too, just the right size for kids & adults to ride all day! Michael our host was amazing! He was always helpful and kind, he’s the best! We are returning to visit in the future. 5 STARS for everything!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The property was clean and had all of the necessary amenities for our family. I was worried about the on-floor shared laundry room, but it was clean and convenient. We enjoyed the beach, easy access to tennis and pickleball, walking/bike trails and more.

Awesome place

We will definitely rent this condo again. It was extremely clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Loved being on the top floor. And the host, Michael, was super quick on responding to our questions.

Another Amazing Trip

This is our second time in this condo. Could not be more pleased. Updates made and upkeep are exceptional. Access to pool and beach are easy. Morning sunrise view is amazing. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. Kitchen, beach items (toys and chairs), and games were available and appreciated. Owner was prompt and took care of anything we needed, even the smallest details. For example, the hair dryer didn’t work, and we had a new one within a few hours. Our family had another wonderful week and can’t wait to return and enjoy this lovely condo again.

Overall Decent Place to Stay

Beds were comfortable, space was sufficient, and resort was well kept. We saw security patrolling quite often day and night and felt safe the entire time. Short walk to the beach, there is a bridge to cross over the dunes on each side of the condo building. Plenty of parking. Stayed one week - Arrived onsite around 10pm, front desk didn't have any information of our booking which was a little nerve wracking, but we were able to get through to the owner as the booking information was accidentally not emailed to front desk staff. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which for one week of booking seemed minimal. Blow dryer didn't work and front desk declined to replace because it was owner responsibility. The supporting slats for the top bunks should be secured, daughter was awoken middle of the night because a couple underneath her fell and her mattress sunk in. Main bathroom shower was much better for use than the master bath shower... master shower floor is soft and pliable under your feet. Could use some updates to freshen up the space, a beach wagon to help carry stuff out to the beach, a pan to cook pizzas. We purchased a sizeable cooler from Wal-Mart and left it in the closet so that should now be available. Not our best condo booking, but not our worst either. Grocery stores are a quick drive, but so are places like Harbourtown, Coligny, and Sheltercove. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Clean condo and beautiful beach

This condo is small and in an older building, but the condo was very clean (a huge plus) and had some updates. Generally I found all as advertised and communication with Michael was wonderful. He is very responsive as is the property management company who quickly fixed our internet when it went out (literally responded within minutes) and replaced the coffee pot when it broke. Note - there is no hot tub on the property. Pro tip; park on the far side of Admiral’s Row by the pool to access a ramp to the elevator and to access a ramped boardwalk to the beach. If you have a wagon using this side of the building makes it much easier to transport things to and from the room with the wagon and easier to get gear to the beach. All in all a pleasant stay.
