NUOVA FESTA DELL'ISOLA! Questo cottage è una proprietà unica ha una vista spettacolare del Calibogue Cay e si trova a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti di Harbourtown. Dieci passi ti portano al primo piano di livello dove troverai una zona pranzo all'aperto con un grill a gas. Dieci altri passi ti portano al ponte di secondo livello con un tavolo in stile caffetteria per due e l'ingresso di questa proprietà modernamente decorata. Completamente rinnovato con tutte le amenità che speri di trovare nella tua vacanza, questa villa con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni delizierà i tuoi sensi con vista a 360 gradi sull'acqua e sul bellissimo fogliame indigeno di Hilton Head Island e South Carolina. Goditi una tazza di caffè o un cocktail serale dal ponte, dal soggiorno o dalla cucina mentre guardi barche, kayak e paddle boarder salpare su The Cay. La zona giorno ha divani in pelle con una grande TV a schermo piatto e una cucina abitabile completa di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in pietra e armadi ben forniti per quattro. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato con cabina doccia. La camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli e una TV a schermo piatto che utilizza il bagno sala con una cabina doccia, pure. Ogni camera da letto ha sfumature di nero, così il sonno sarà facile in queste camere accoglienti. La zona giorno ha sfumature di privacy che non ostruiranno la vista dall'interno, ma manterranno le cose private quando lo si desidera.
** Si prega di notare che c'è un parcheggio molto limitato al Sea Pines Beach Club dal 23 marzo al 2 settembre dalle 9:00 alle 17:00. 50 posti auto sono disponibili in base al primo arrivato, primo servito.

Fantastic stay

Our stay in Sealoft 2021 was fantastic! Can't beat the view of Calibogue Sound and excellent location tucked away on Deer Island. The sealoft was well appointed with nice kitchen and baths and had everything we needed! We plan to book our stay here again next summer! Thank you!

Stay was special

Property is great, as described, and in some ways, even better! Check in process was seamless. Place was absolutely clean. Kitchen is adequately equipped for the stay. Views are fabulous, with deer near the deck and dolphins and birds in the water. Sunsets are spectacular. Decks were perfect for yoga and other activities! Easy access to Harbor Town, and CQs ( do eat there!). Take a kayak trip from Harbor Town with H2O Sports and see the unit from the Sound! We are regular at Sea Pines: this place is high on the list of places we have stayed, on the island!

Perfect Location

Property is within a 2 minute walk to Harbour Town and set about 100 yards off the bank of the Calibogue. Sunsets are beautiful to watch from the upper deck. I understand why it’s called Deer Island as we had furry friends around the property a few times. The inside decor is very nice and the showers even better! I would 100% recommend this property.

Met our expectations. Enjoyed very much.

Very pleased with this house. Loved the location and views. Everything mostly functioned well in the house - appliances, AC, internet, etc. Very minor maintenance: bottom rack of DW goes off track, hedges could be trimmed back from the driveway a bit - brushing against the car. House was nicely stocked with kitchen utensils and other handy items, etc. Thank you, we'd love to come again.

Love the Sealofts

We specifically wanted to stay in a Sealoft and found this website that had various sealofts available. Making the reservation and paying online was very easy even though they don't take AMEX. Everything was done by text and email which went off without a hitch. Will be back next year.

Beautiful place!

This was a beautiful place with a gorgeous view. Very nicely appointed. The property is a 5 minute walk in to Harbor Town and very close to the bike trails. We really enjoyed our stay!

Treehouse experience

Expansive water views plus living up amongst the trees makes this Sealoft ideal for any nature lover. The only downside is access to the beach on the ocean side is becoming limited with fees and no parking for Sea Pines guests who are renting.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The sunsets from the deck ( and the living room) were amazing. We watched dolphins every day from the deck! The owners and the rental company were very accommodating and helpful.

Perfect property, perfect location

We showed up to find the property well kept with excellent amenities. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. This is the third sea loft we’ve stayed in on Deer Island and it is certainly our favorite. The bathrooms have both been recently updated and the kitchen had everything we could expect in a house. The pictures posted do not do the house or the location justice. Sitting on the deck while sipping coffee and watching the dolphins play really starts your day off right. The Weber grill on the deck was also a bonus, most rental houses do not feature such a nice grill. I highly recommend the property and the property owner was easy to work with as well. I can guarantee this house will be the top of the list for our future trips to Hilton Head.

Beach access major problem

Major take away from the property was the $10 a day for beach parking. Since we were not a property owner we could not park at the beach club or even drop off. Instead we had to park at the plantation club golf course and take a shuttle if one was available and pay $10 to park several blocks away. Will not book again due to this inconvenience. Was not told up front about the change in access. I did my own research and found the change had been made in January 18 prior to my booking. No communication from the owner. Had to complain in order to get a discount. I believe the owners are keeping this from renters. Location and rental is nice but not worth it if you desire beach access. Air & fridge took way too long to cool down & ruined some of our meat due to the fact. We will look to rent closer to the beach in the future. If you are going without visiting the beach the rental will be fine. Had bikes delivered to the property, beach chairs were also left in the laundry area so we used theirs instead of ours. We enjoyed the views but the beach fiasco left a sour taste.

Relaxing week in a beautiful setting

We are picky vacation renters. We rarely stay the same place twice because we always think we can find a better place. That was until we stayed here. We are sure that we will not find better. The setting was the best part. Waking up everyday and being able to watch activity in the sound, and sunsets was priceless. We also love the close proximity to Harbor Town. The house itself was clean and exactly what we needed. I love the freshly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. We will be back!

Beautiful views and very relaxing

Sea pines community was beautiful. The loft had great views. Loved being on the porch. Beds were comfortable but the master bedroom gets pretty hot even with the shades pulled. Rest of the house stayed cool. Showers were excellent! Didn’t like the sofas in living room. Very uncomfortable and cushions keep sliding out. Didn’t like that we had to pay to park at beach club to go to beach, made for long and walk so we ended up driving to public beach access at Coligny. No closer beach access that was easy to get to. Island getaway was supposed to leave us an extra car pass in lockbox for us to pick up but they didn’t so we had to pay $10 to get a day pass it was Monday before they could get us one then they charged us $15 for it. Otherwise it was a nice week and we enjoyed it very much.

Perfection!

We have stayed in other sealoft properties in the past and all were very fine, but 2021 was the best. The view from the porch was outstanding, the furnishings were top of the line, and we will try to rent it again when next we travel to Hilton Head. We have already recommended this unit to our friends. We are thinking about reserving 2021 in the year 2021.

Wonderful mini house in the trees!

Treehouse living at its best, watching the dolphins in the Sound, and spectacular sunsets. Short walk to Harbortown and very peaceful little neighborhood. Nicely equipped.
