The Space:
This updated Beach Bungalow has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Park at the front door with the assigned parking space and unload with no stairs to climb. Loaded with features, this two bedroom, one bath, features a king size bed in the main room with a flat screen tv. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. An eat-in kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, stone countertops and a dining table with seating for four. The kitchen also has an auto drip coffee maker for a full pot, and a Keurig so you have your choice of a full pot of K-cups. The blender is ready for your favorite smoothie or tropical drink, and there is a four slice toaster so no one has to wait for toast, bagels or pastries.
The living area provides ample seating for your family and a large flat screen TV. Free internet and basic cable TV are included so you can stream your favorite shows. With a sleeper sofa, which allows for a group of 5 or 6, you can bring your whole family and enjoy this great location in S Forest Beach.
Located just across the street from Alder Lane Beach Access, you can get much closer to the beach. Public restrooms are located along the path to the beach and the Loggerhead Bar and Grill, located beach front, is open to the public. You can even walk to Coligny Plaza, about 3/4 of a mile, to enjoy shopping, restaurants and entertainment. If you are looking for something to do with the kids, Low County Celebration Park is located just across the street from Coligny Plaza and features all kinds of activities for the young and old. The Sandbox, is a hands on place located in the park for kids to play (admission required).
Your Beach Bungalow also includes 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, and four beach towels. Pack n Plays and high chairs are available at no charge (subject to availability).
Bicycle Rentals can be delivered to the unit and we offer a 15% discount with Breeze Bike Rentals.
The onsite swimming pool is heated and chilled according to the season to allow comfortable seasonal swimming.
Also, laundry service is available at an additional charge with free pick up and delivery.
Guest Access:

Located in S Forest Beach just across the street from the Marriott Ocean Grande, this villa is located about 1/2 mile from the Ocean Gate to Sea Pines, access to several public golf courses, a 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and Low Country Celebration Park, Coligny Beach Park and more.
