  • Meravigliosi bagni aggiornati e nuovi mobili e TV questo condominio 2 BR nel cantiere navale è vicino alla piscina e piste ciclabili. A pochi minuti dalla spiaggia in auto o in bicicletta, l'appartamento con due camere da letto ha tutto il necessario per le vacanze. All'esterno si dispone di un bel patio con grill per rilassarsi dopo una bella giornata sul campo da golf o sulla spiaggia. Grande casa di vacanza per la famiglia. Piscina comunitaria e tennis gratis. L'accesso alla spiaggia del cantiere è a pochi minuti di distanza. Miglia e miglia di piste ciclabili con molti alberi anche per l'ombra. Anche la connessione wifi gratuita è inclusa. Ottime tariffe anche per un meraviglioso luogo di vacanza in famiglia.

    Al piano inferiore, il soggiorno ha tutti i nuovi mobili, tavolo da pranzo e sedie con TV a schermo piatto molto grandi per guardare i tuoi film preferiti o spettacoli. Proprio fuori è un patio molto grande dove è possibile grigliare. Facile raggiungere a piedi la piscina e il tennis gratuito. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con bicchieri, piatti e tutti gli utensili necessari per preparare qualsiasi pasto per la famiglia. Al piano superiore ci si può rilassare nel bellissimo bagno padronale di lusso per prepararsi per la spiaggia o la cena sull'isola. Marmo attraverso rende la sensazione di lusso completa con docce, vanità e servizi igienici aggiornati. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, veranda privata e TV LCD per godersi spettacoli. La camera degli ospiti può ospitare tre persone con il letto matrimoniale e il letto singolo. Grande bagno per gli ospiti di lusso aggiornato è en suite per i vostri ospiti.

Spacious and updated

The condo was very spacious with a very large and updated kitchen that was nice for stay in dinners with the family. We had a good time.

Loved it!

This was our 2nd consecutive year at this property and both stays have been awesome. Convenient location, nice roomy villa at a reasonable price. Nothing more to ask for! We plan to come back again next year.

Beautifully renovated & quiet vacation spot

Management was great and easy to get a hold of. The pool was behind just a few steps away but privately enclosed so it didn’t feel too close. Beach was less than a mile walk. Kitchen was stocked and beautiful! Water pressure in master was a little low and Wi-Fi spotty but everything was clean and comfortable! Would stay again!

Great place!

My husband and I chose to stay at this property to celebrate our 34th Anniversary and it did not disappoint! We have been visiting Hilton Head since 1986 and were even previous property owners there and feel we know what an excellent property should have and look like. This property was exceptionally clean (I'm super picky about this), was well-stocked with all the needed items, and was beautifully decorated. We were pleased with the simplicity of the check in /check out process. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

We decided we wanted to take a little holiday over Thanksgiving. It was perfect! This place will easily sleep 10 people. It was so spacious, clean and perfect location. I can't say enough about the place and the manager Robert. He was great to work with. I highly recommend any unit that they own. Happy holidays to you and your families!

Great week at Hilton Head

Booked this property few weeks before our vacation and couldn’t not be more pleased with the choice! Robert answered all of my questions and was able to give pointers regards beach access etc. The condo was amazing! Everything was super clean and ready when we arrived. For the price of $130 a night, at this lovely Shipyard Gold resort, this is a steal! I could not recommend this enough! Only issue we found with the place, but was minor stuff: During the night time, we found a ton of ants (large ones too) finding their way inside The backyard sliding door does not slide and is a good work out in order to open it. (Lock is also broken on it) The upstairs tends to be a little warm compared to downstairs. We had to set temp to 70 in order to feel semi comfortable upstairs in bedrooms Note, these little things I pointed out do not take a way how great this place is, even with all that said, we enjoyed our stay and would love to book again on the future! Thank you Robert!

Great location

Great location, just steps from the pool. Nice patio in front and back. Our only complaints were that the mattress in the master is extremely hard, and the unit had an odor upon arrival. Had to buy a candle and keep the doors open to air it out.

Even better than pictures

This is a Hilton Head property that has been beautifully updated! It is even much nicer than the listing pictures…. and definitely bigger than expected. Kitchen is stunning. Conveniently located within Shipyard- very close to everything on HH. Loved the courtyard where we could safely park our E Bikes and loved biking on the beach at low tide. Lots of fabulous restaurants near by. Thankyou for a very relaxing getaway!! Dry easy checkin and checkout. Highly recommend this property.!

Outstanding Stay

Like many families from Cincinnati, our annual trip to Hilton Head is the highlight of our summer. We’ve stayed all over the island but never at Shipyard Plantation. This place did not disappoint. It’s a very spacious villa, clean and updated. The pictures really don’t give it justice on just how roomy it is. The location is good for those who like to ride bicycles where it’s a convenient pedal to the beach, Pirate golf and Coligny. We hope to stay at this same villa again next year.

Great place to stay!

This was probably the best place we've stayed in Hilton Head and we have been coming for over 20 years. The property was very clean and comfortable. Felt like home when we walked in the door. Great location too! Only negative was the master bedroom bed was too hard for me, although my husband liked it, just a personal preference. I would love to stay in this location again.

Perfect spot for a beautiful and peaceful vacation!

The property was very lovely, extremely clean, and quiet. We could not have picked a better spot to stay. The rental company was very responsive to inquiries. I would most definitely stay again.

House was partly upgraded, meaning bathrooms and kitchen. The family room not upgraded.

We liked the layout of condo and area but were disappointed in the comfort level of the house. Couch and chairs very uncomfortable and as well as the master bed, the washing machine was full of dirty water so could not use it, the property manager was not helpful with the issue and it was never fixed during our stay so we had to go out and buy more clothes.

Shipyard stay

Great location spacious open floor plan with a wonderful working kitchen. And a grille!! My only thought is that the living room furniture was tired and somewhat uncomfortable as well as the primary king bed.

Amazing and cozy

We had the best time! Clean beautiful updated home. Very well stocked and we felt right at home. We will definitely be visiting and staying here again in the future. Such a great location centrally located to shopping, restaurants, pool & the beach. We rode bikes everywhere. Thank you for having us!

Nice condo

Pictures are very accurate for this property. Excellent kitchen and the condo is updated throughout. Bathrooms were great and new vinyl flooring on the first floor was nice. The bedrooms Had ceiling fans, though the king bed needs to be replaced along with the twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. But overall, one of the nicest units we have stayed in recently. Pool was out the back door and the beach was a short ride down the road. All in all a great place!

Beautiful unit

The yard was great and gives you space to spread out and play outside. The inside is decorated very nice. The kitchen has been remodeled since the pictures were taken, and it is beautiful. I loved the countertops. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The washer and dryer was great to have as well. There was an issue with the AC early on but it was handled promptly once we notified Robert. Our family loved exploring the villas on rental bikes. There were lots of gators, deer, owls, turtles and so many different types of birds. The beach is close by and we biked there each day. We also enjoyed the many restaurants close by. We would definitely vacation here again, and we’d recommend it to others as well. Thank you for having us!

Shipyard

Our accommodations were disappointing. It was unclear that checkin was at a location other than where we were staying. Upon entering our rental the unit had a horrible, lingering musty odor. We were unable to air out the unit as there were no screens on the doors. All of the linens, including our towels, were saturated in the same musty odor. The towel bar in the guest bathroom was not affixed to the wall properly limiting its usefulness. The king size bed in the master bedroom was so worn, it was like a cradle forcing you to fall to the middle. Linens for the pullout sofa bed were not provided. There were no maps or signage directing us to on site amenities such as the pool or beach. However, the kitchen was well supplied with essentials. The grill was great to use. And the location for accessing Hilton Head’s attractions was good. Hilton Head has much to offer and is a great place to visit, sadly our accommodations were lacking.

Close to EVERYTHING

The vacation home was wonderful. It was comfortable, quiet, clean and close to everything. Beach access is included, which is wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to access every inch of HHI. The only downfall is there is only one thermostat (downstairs) and the master suite gets HOT at night. Overall, great stay and would return.

Great Stay!

We had a great time in this condo. Robert was very helpful and responsive. The propane for the gas grill was out and he promptly changed it out for us. We traveled with kids aged 10 & 7. For rainy days there are no games, cards or anything like that. No big deal at all, but those with kids may want to know to bring something. One of the pools is right behind the condo which is awesome and the beach access isn’t far and is very nice. Overall we had an excellent time here.
