  • Questo assolutamente favoloso 3 camere da letto, 4 bagni villa residenza è appena stato attraverso una ristrutturazione completa compresi tutti nuovi pavimenti, nuovi bagni, cucina nuova, nuove porte, e tutti i nuovi arredi Pottery Barn. In un ambiente molto sereno e tranquillo, ha una splendida vista del Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. La nuova zona giorno ha pavimenti in legno bello e gli arredi sono comodi e sofisticato allo stesso tempo La zona pranzo è adiacente al soggiorno con 6 posti a sedere e le stesse belle viste tra cui cursori a un ponte lato mentre da pranzo. Al di là è la nuova cucina incredibile con 2 sgabelli da bar presso il granito coperto bar per la colazione e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, comoda, la lavatrice e asciugatrice armadio è spento questa zona. Dalla porta d'ingresso piastrellato è la camera da letto king matrimoniale con luci montate a parete incorniciano il letto e una sedia in pelle caramello insieme a una TV a schermo piatto con built-in lettore DVD offrono tutti i comfort necessari. Ci sono cursori al ponte posteriore che includono la splendida vista di golf e un bagno privato completo. L'atterraggio include una scrivania e monitor. La prima camera degli ospiti con 2 letti queen size, cursori per un altro piccolo ponte privato e di una TV a schermo piatto. Questa camera ha un bagno privato completo. La terza camera offre un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Insieme con un divano letto in ferro battuto e TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD, ci sono cursori per l'ennesima piccola terrazza privata e un bagno privato completo. C'è anche un grill a gas sulla terrazza privata per il godimento aggiunto.

Love Palmetto Dunes but the house was not well cleaned

The housekeeping staff did not do a good job cleaning. There was a cup under a chair, empty beer bottle in a drawer, trash around the trash cans which were overflowing and trash by the front porch and back deck. The shower curtain liner in master bath had mold and there was no liner in one of the bathrooms upstairs. The king size mattress had a large stain that could be seen through the sheets and there was no mattress cover. The rental company did bring us a mattress pad and two shower curtain liners . They also offered to move us to a new place. We decided to stay put and they gave us a gift card to equal the housekeeping fee. Positives- The pool was great and the beach was a short bike ride away. The overall furniture and decor of the villa were nice (except for the cheap flooring in the living room that had a large gap in it). A little extra attention and TLC and this place would have a 5/5 rating.

It was a 10 minute walk to the ocean. They provided everything necessary for our stay.We would rent this again.

Unit is overpriced

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is not as upscale as photos will lead to believe. You can find similar properties from other rental companies or VRBO much cheaper. Door from laundry area does not close, noise from washer and dryer disrupts any conversation or TV/Movie watching. Master BR AC went out during trip and upstairs rooms are very warm. Palmetto Dunes did not inform us that AC company was returning for a second day and they arrived without our knowledge. Recommend searching other websites before settling on this unit as it is significantly overpriced compared to comparable 3BR properties in Water Oaks.

Wonderful Week in Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was exactly as described on the site. Everyone was pleasant to work with from check in desk to general store employees. Property was clean and met all of our expectations. We took a break from the beach and enjoyed lunch at the Dunes House. Service and food was excellent. Most mornings we walked to the general store for coffee and a quick bite to eat before heading to the beach. Our condo was about a 7 min walk to the beach. The pool was never crowded and many times we were the only ones there. We took a crabbing boat in Shelter Cove, Captain Kidd, crew was great and a fun time for all. Also, loved seeing Shannon Tanner in Shelter Cove.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From arrival to departure we enjoyed every aspect of this venue. The only setback was the absence of a working hairdryer in the villa. With 4 women that created a problem. The front desk was not available at 7:00 pm when they printed 8:00 pm as the closing date. We were able (through calling several numbers) to finally find someone in housekeeping that brought us a couple of working dryers right away.

Biggest complaint was check in process. We had to wait over 2 hours to check in. In addition, we were unable to use the amenities that the welcome email said would be available. Condo was in good shape except a few small issues (garbage can holder broken, grill dirty and no brush, patio dirty and covered in bird poop, etc). Using the shuttles to the beach was a nice perk.

Enjoyable visit

The onkg thing that I would recommend fixing -curtains in most rooms don’t cover the complete windows, especially in one of the upstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much.
