Villamare-Luxury Oceanfront Complex-Prestigioso Palmetto Dunes

Il complesso Villamare Oceanfront si trova tra gli hotel Hilton e Marriott su una delle spiagge più belle di Hilton Head. Il complesso vanta splendidi giardini, un'area barbecue, una piscina con vista sull'oceano e una vasca idromassaggio. C'è anche una piscina coperta, sauna e palestra ampliata.

La nostra unità, 1203 Villamare, dispone di due camere da letto e due bagni completi e offre splendide viste dirette sull'oceano. La zona giorno ha comodi posti a sedere, tra cui un letto matrimoniale, e si affaccia direttamente sull'oceano con accesso diretto a un balcone con tavolo e sedie. Inoltre, abbiamo appena aggiunto un televisore LCD Visio da 42 ".

Proprio dietro il soggiorno si trova la sala da pranzo con tavolo e posti a sedere per sei. C'è anche un bancone per la colazione con due sgabelli. Dietro c'è la cucina completa e la zona lavanderia. La cucina, che è stata recentemente ristrutturata, è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici, stoviglie, pentole e utensili. La zona lavanderia ha una piccola lavatrice e asciugatrice sovrapposte.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con ampia vasca da bagno. La camera degli ospiti ha due letti matrimoniali e bagno privato. Entrambe le camere hanno TV e accesso al balcone.

Percorsi pavimentati rendono jogging o ciclismo più piacevole e sicuro. I noleggi di barche e podisti sono disponibili in molte località dell'isola.     Had a wonderful stay!! Have stayed at villamere many times and this was by far the best location!!! Easy access to grill beach and pool. Could easily run back and forth from condo to beach if needed!!Will stay again!

    Perfect Family Vacation spot!

    We had a great time at this condo! It was nice and spacious, bigger than I expected from the photos! Each room has a big tub and shower (from the pictures I thought the tub was only in the master). Perfect location as it is on the second floor, not too far from the elevator and stairs either!The complex is a great set up with very nice pools and a hot tub! We were too busy exploring the beach and family pool to find the indoor pool, hot tub or fitness center. Nice grilling area and a beautiful garden between the buildings with friendly turtles! (My kids LOVED feeding the turtles lettuce).I would say that this unit is perfect for a family with kids of any ages!

    This condo has an excellent view of the ocean. We've stayed here twice and we'll stay again. The interior is very clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful in the booking process and was extremely prompt when we had a question during our stay.

    Great Location and Comfortable for Family

    We loved the location, the pools and the beach. The new BBQ area was a great bonus, too. Ron was a good communicator. The only thing I would add is room darkening shades/curtains in the bedrooms (very bright in the morning). We would definitely stay at Villamare and rent from Ron again.

    Great location and complex

    We loved our stay!! The complex is so nice and the location could not be better!!! The condo had everything we needed and ample space. The decor is a little dated and some stains on the two queen bed comforters, but otherwise, great place!!

    Perfect location, perfect for families

    We came down for my 6 yo spring break. Grandparents loved it and my son enjoyed bouncing around from the beach to the pool to the hot tub and the indoor pool/hot tub. Plenty to do and nice new amentities. Unit is dated but clean. New bedding would help to spruce it up. Overall we loved it and would stay there again. Host was quick to respond to our needs.

    B-A-D! Villamare is shown as luxury condominiums- WRONG! From the moment you walk in you know things are off- the mix and match furniture, sticky flowers, carpet stains, smell of mold, mattresses from 1960, dirty pots and pans put back in cabinets and shower in one bathroom was child size. Safe your money and go elsewhere!!

    Perfect beach stay

    This condo is in the perfect location! Just steps away to the pool and beach with a view of the beach from the balcony. The condo is a bit outdated, but very spacious. Ron was great to work with.

    What a great place!

    We are so happy to have found this fabulous villa! We loved the view from the patio, right above a pond. The 2nd floor level was the perfect amount of steps and the location in the complex was ideal - right near pool, bike racks, elevators, exercise building and of course the beach! All communication was handled promptly. The villa itself was perfect for the 2 of us for 3 weeks! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will look forward to returning next year!

    Seemed very clean. Definitely outdated

    Clean👍🏻Except the sheets on the fold out sofa were dirty and balled up . We Found a set of clean sheets and put them on. Not their fault, but the elevator was broken when we got there and it took hours to get somebody there to fix it. Normally not a big deal but since I’m disabled it was a big deal. There were some things broken in the condo. We could only use one shower because the handle is broken in the other shower and laying on the shelf. There was no way to turn it on or off. They were busted blinds and doors. Definitely needed updated. But happy it was clean !

    Would book again.

    Clean, spacious, great location right on the beach. Only minor issue was getting in touch with the Hilton Head contact but ended up resolving our only issue without need of assistance. Would absolutely recommend this property for your Hilton Head vacation.

    Fun in the sun

    We enjoyed our stay at 1203 Villamare. Ron was an awesome host. We were in walking distance of the beach, pool, local dining and just a short ride to shopping. Our 1 year olds had a blast. Hilton Head has become our new favorite spot. Looking forward to return in the future!

    Condo was just as described and fantastic location. We will definitely be back. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues but they were promptly taken care of as soon as I called. Easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience.

    This property is located on Palmetto Dunes Beach. The gardens and pool and view from this unit were awesome. The fitness center is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return 👍

    Great location and wonderful stay

    We had a blast at the property at Villamare in Palmetto Dunes. Such a great location with a great view of the ocean and tide. Loved being able to see the amount of wind on the ocean and pool. Lovely pond filled with sun bathing turtles and massive fish. Fun for the kids to ooh and ahh. Second floor is great too. High enough up, but not fully dependent on the elevator to get to and from the beach with gear. Also loved that you can’t hear any other condos while inside. We look forward to coming back soon!!!!

    Villamare

    Villamare is a great property with indoor and outdoor pools and just over the dunes to the beach. I'd recommend renting bikes for nice rides right on the beach and to the nearby shopping and dining. The unit itself needs major updating but was satisfactory since we didn't spend much time in the unit.

    Great stay at Villamare

    This condo was clean, functional and comfortable. The photos provide a very accurate description of the condo itself. We enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the ocean views. The pool and ocean were just a short walk away. The condo was well stocked with kitchen essentials (couldn’t find a cutting board but made it work), beach chairs and toys as well as small extras like dishwasher soap, trash bags, and salt/pepper. The complex seemed very full during our first week of August stay but accommodated all well. There were definitely lots of people around the common areas but it didn’t feel crowded. I would stay here again.

    Great Hilton Head vacation spot

    We've vacationed at Hilton Head/Palmetto Dunes on numerous occasions and Ron's place is the best for ocean views and beach/pool convenience. Feeding the turtles in the ponds is a special treat for the grandkids. Easy check-in and had absolutely no issues during our week stay.
