This villa is only on Vrbo. Recommend not to ever book a vacation rental through a Facebook account. Cannot be verified or trusted. For this Centre Court Villa your beach access points are both Disney Beach House ( ideal for ocean swimming, hanging out, beach games) and the Dunes House (great access for biking on the beach along the ocean shoreline).
Note: we don’t have access to the inside of Disney Beach House or its pool. We’re able to park there and walk around the Left side for air conditioned bathrooms up the stairs, foot shower on the ground level, bike racks and nice walkway onto the beach.
Stroll (8 min), bike ( 3 min) or drive (1 min) to park and have your items right at the beach for blissful days playing in the gorgeous sand and surf.
You are welcome to take our beach chairs and items from the deck when you drive one minute to get to the beach.

Catch the Dunes Buggy (generally April - Sept. 9am - 9 pm) shuttle at no cost to discover a selection of Palmetto Dunes dining, shopping, and live music entertainment options.

Walk to the left of the Centre Court pool and tennis courts, 1 minute across the secret picturesque lagoon bridge to the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Tennis & Pickleball courts to rent $20/hour, and Alexander’s fine dining.

Tee off at three world-class golf courses, all within two miles.

Drive 15 minutes to the historic Harbour Town Lighthouse for dazzling coastal views.

Delight in a plethora of local activities, including access to 3 miles of gorgeous beach coastline, a full-service marina with kayak guided tours and boat rentals, championship golf, and a host of dining, shopping, and entertainment options -- all within a short walk.

Start the day with fresh coffee (Keurig combo takes K cups on one side plus has full coffee pot on the other) and serene lagoon views on your covered deck, outfitted with a cushioned love seat, two armchairs and two high stools to overlook the lagoon for wildlife. Seating for 8.

Stroll mere steps from your door to spend fun-filled days splashing in the resort-style pool with many lounge chairs.

Nearby activities: hub of tennis and pickleball courts rental center (located next to Centre Court and the General Store), a full-service marina at Shelter Cove, and the Dunes Buggy shuttle, which is available seasonally at no charge to transport you around the Palmetto Dunes compound.

Palmetto Dunes has unending bike adventure destinations with wide paved bike paths everywhere. Rent bikes that are so easy to ride and comfortable (request bike delivery and pick up at the condo) and bike all around including Shelter Cove Marina with outdoor live music, and specialty shoppes.

No pets are welcome in this villa due to allergy free environment for guests.

There is parking in front of the building for 2 cars per villa.
Upon arrival purchase a gate pass for your vehicle, 1-2 nights $20, 3-7 $35, 8-14 $50, 15-30 $75, 31-180 $100. If you need to purchase a second gate pass then please text the villa owner after booking, the name for the additional vehicle in advance of arrival so the gate pass window will be able to issue the extra pass.

Your reservation for this property includes a damage waiver fee which covers up to $1500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the villa owner prior to checking out.
