The condo is very roomy and well equipped. However, while we were there the toilet in the hall bathroom was broken. We were told at check in on Saturday that it would be repaired on Monday. There was a note taped to the toilet stating the same. It was not fixed or even checked Monday. When we inquired about it we were told they would check and let us know. We also reported that the kitchen light was not working. We were reassured someone would be by to fix it. Late Tuesday afternoon no one had checked the light or toilet. The only lighting in the kitchen was a small table lamp. We had 2 small children sleeping in the other bedrooms with bathrooms which made it very difficult to access a bathroom. Again we were told someone would address both these issue but it was contracted work and difficult to know exactly when it would be resolved. We were also told that there was sufficient lighting in the kitchen. On Wednesday afternoon a plumber came, assessed the problem and said he didn’t know when the repair would be completed. An electrician also came. The electrician returned Thursday to replace the light. The plumbers came late Friday afternoon and replaced the toilet. The property manager never Initiated a call to us unless we messaged him. We were disappointed in the delay in the repairs and and the lack of communication. At no time were we offered any compensation or an apology. The property needed a deep clean. But more importantly the property manager needed to be honest.
