  • Trascorri la giornata in spiaggia o rilassati nelle due piscine dell'albergo. . . in entrambi i casi SOLO RELAX! Incredibile 2 letto 2. Villa con 5 bagni a soli 943 gradini (0,03 miglia) dalla spiaggia e (0,06 miglia) a Coligny Plaza.
    Cucina completa completa, zona pranzo, zona lavanderia, biliardino, Wii, schermo piatto da 42 "nel soggiorno, TV a schermo piatto sostituite 2018 in ogni camera da letto, Wi-Fi gratuito (nuovo router e decoder via cavo 2018), telefono gratuito interurbano .. Vista sulla piscina e un enorme ammasso di palme sopra un prato verde ben curato!
    Tutte le batterie del rilevatore di fumo / monossido di carbonio, nonché le batterie del telecomando e le lampadine vengono sostituite ogni anno a gennaio. Master suite (nuovo materasso King Serta IComfort 2016); Lenzuola, armadio / cassetta di sicurezza, griglia a infrarossi, tostapane, stampante wireless per carte d'imbarco, nuova asciugatrice tutto aggiunto 2014. HVAC, rilevatori di fumo e rilevatori di monossido di carbonio, asciugacapelli, gadget da cucina, arredamento aggiunto / aggiornato 2013. Ben attrezzato per facilità, comodità e relax!

    L'ingresso è di circa 18 gradini sopra un comodo parcheggio; Una volta all'interno del layout è un concetto di casa di città con soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina, lavanderia, divano letto e stanza di polvere situato al primo livello. Su circa 14 gradini in moquette si trova il livello del sonno con bagni padronali e ristrutturati situati all'interno delle estremità opposte del corridoio. Nessun passo sopra di te e belle vedute della piscina e del paesaggio da un lato e vista del parcheggio dall'altro.

Perfect for our family

The condo was perfect for our family. It was nice that the kids actually got to have their own room, and they loved the foosball table. It was great having the pool so close too. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, organized, and had all the little things that seem to be missing at most other places. The only complaint would be the loud screen door. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

It was even better than what we expected. It was a home away from home. The owner really takes into consideration everything one would need to make their stay enjoyable. They really thought of everything and answered quickly if we had a question. The beach was lovely and it was nice to have the pool so close to the unit. We would definitely rent this place again.

The stay was good, besides the 2 large dumpsters right the place and construction going on and only having 1 parking place, was supposed to have 2…owner claimed damages and was upset about using to many towels after advertising them in the listing but yet was mad about it, didn’t respond back to text message so we could view said damages for ourselves and waited a week to contact via 3rd party with what I felt an intimidation call of some sort, was a nice gentleman but as I told him, I was never provided any thing to support allegations…recieved another email claiming I was going to be billed for extra cleaning services and a list of stuff even though we done exactly as they said with the linens..all of these communications where done off VRBO…it’s been an experience and this all occurred on the day I’m preparing to have my bladder scan to see if my cancer has returned …not to mention 3rd party calls from blocked numbers…it’s been an experience and has taught me to do a video walk through both upon arrival and departure…but yet this all could have been avoided if we could have returned the very moment we where accused of these allegations, I do admit to using towels but they where provided…then to wait a almost a week to make these actions is not professional…

HHI Vacay

This was our first time staying in this location and the property was perfect for our needs. Very well kept, stocked and clean. Just a few minutes from the beach and a pool right out the back door. The community was quiet and people were friendly. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a Hurricane turned tropical storm, but Katherine was extremely helpful and gracious, staying in touch and providing local information as things progressed, and equally as helpful with some tough decisions. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next stay here!

Very nice place for a vacation!

We were very pleased with our stay at this villa. Nice and clean! Gracious and thoughtful host with quick and thorough communication. All information was laid out very clearly, including tech-related things (which we used when we weren't out enjoying the sun). Really appreciated how close the beach was - very easy walk. Definitely recommend!!

Beach time visit

The location is perfect! Very quiet and peaceful. The beach is a short 7 minute walk. It’s so nice to be able to walk to stores and restaurants where you can listen to live music. The condo was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable which is a must for me because I stayed over a month. Kathryn was a wonderful and answered any question in a timely manner. I hope to return next year.

CLOSE TO BEACH AND COZY

Very cute beachy themed property. Owner was so thoughtful. Quick walk to the beach, but even cooler was how quick it was to walk to all the local areas like Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza, local bars and restaurants, etc. We did make a few driving trips to Fish Haul (best exploring beach) and Duck Donuts for my daughter’s birthday but otherwise we were totally content and comfortable staying out at the condo pool and beach. We will DEFINITELY return when we are able!

Condo was excellent. Lots of space. Check in easy. Chairs and beach wagon available. The access to beach was a good 2 blocks plus and for someone with mobility constraints was a bit much for me. The pool at rear of complex was dirty as were the attached pool bathrooms. Doesn’t get the attention like the main pool. I would suggest maintenance give that pool/bathroom a thorough cleaning. Overall would recommend renting for vacation.

Best Vacation Yet!!!!

I have been blessed to vacation in Hilton Head for 18 years with my family. I would rank this property at the top of the list for the condition of the property, location, and convenience. I was amazed by the organization and communication from Kathryn. The check-in process was easy, and detailed notes throughout the condo depict ease of use. The walk to the beach is an easy 5-minute walk. We walked to Coligny several times to eat and shop. The bike paths make great memories with my children. The beach cart and chairs were a great addition. I enjoyed our stay so much that I have already booked my stay for 2024!!!

Great Villa! Great Location!

My wife and I stayed in this villa for 3 months (late Jan to late Apr 2016) and we really enjoyed it. It is very clean and comfortable and very well maintained. It is very well furnished with lots of seating if you wish to entertain a few friends. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils you could require, even for a lengthy stay like ours. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with an attached bathroom. The villa is in a great location - very near the beach, with lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Access to the beach is just a short walk or bike ride down the road. In the past, we have stayed in other villas in this area of the island, but this one was our favorite. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, and very easy to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect!

We are repeat customers for this property and again were 10000% satisfied. The location cannot be beat and it is such an easy walk to the beach. We were able to go back and forth multiple times a day. Its a flat walk and short enough that we just carried our items most times (instead of using cart). The pool directly behind this unit was NEVER crowded and the permanent residents we met during the trip were very friendly. We stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed for that long of a stay; the unit is exceptionally well stocked. I also really loved that there were two beds in the 2nd bedroom, which is perfect for folks who might be bringing multiple kids (we did not but could imagine how handy that would be). We will be back. Our favorite property on the island. Very clean unit.

Great Find on the Island

Our stay at this VRBO unit was very good and reasonably priced for our needs. This is not a luxury unit, but if you are looking for a reasonably priced unit, conveniently located near the beach, then this is one of the best condos you will find. Hence the 5-star rating. Owner - Kathryn, was easy to communicate with, right from the initial inquiry. Location - This is my favourite area on the island. We are about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the famous Coligny Circle, where you can shop, eat or do some groceries. Or you are a 3 minute bike ride to the beach where you can ride on the sand (the beach is about 12 miles from end to end). This is my favourite pastime. Unit - Her place is exactly how it is displayed on VRBO. There is everything you would need here in the condo. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, baking dishes, an electric BBQ (you don’t find this very often), beach supplies (towels, chairs and even a cart to transport to beach right in the hall closet), portable coolers and a foose ball table in the living room. There is a DVD player and even a Wi player complete with multiple games. Bedrooms - Both rooms have a separate en-suite and the bedrooms themselves are quite large. The closet in the upper hallway is full of towels and linens. The beds are very comfortable. We loved our stay and would recommend this to our family and friends.
