“Loved our stay here. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. They have an indoor/outdoor pool and only 3 minute drive from Busch Gardens. Really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4. They have a cafe style place to eat downstairs. We purchased a breakfast burrito and French toast. Both were delicious. They serve Starbucks products for coffee. At night they have the bar that you can sit at and have a few drinks. ”

I was there on a surprise trip and they let me know where my brother-in-law and sister-in-law will be staying and they even told me when they arrived so we can collectively do the surprise. “Awfully bad experience. My family and I were doing a roadtrip so we needed a place for the night. We booked two rooms and both had very dirty floors, especially the bathrooms ones with a lot of hair on them. Bed sheets lacked and the beds had some stains on them. Wi-fi didn't work. Outside the rooms there was a terrible smell of pee. We went to the front desk reporting these problems and luckily the ladies changed our rooms, which were both with clean bed sheets and cleaner bathrooms but still...
