Bella casa 5+ sul lago Seneca, con un'incredibile vista sul lago dalla grande proprietà piatta sul lungomare di 235 '. Una piccola strada sul lago di 15 miglia all'ora è tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere a piedi i 2 ristoranti vicini per cibo e / o bevande, nonché una fantastica passeggiata sul mare! Questa casa completamente rinnovata di recente è accogliente e confortevole per una vacanza tranquilla da casa per tutte le stagioni. Goditi il camino e il calore durante i freddi mesi invernali o le grandi finestre per l'aria primaverile ed estiva. Tutti gli arredi, elettrodomestici e biancheria da letto sono nuovi. Pavimenti in legno massello. Goditi l'enorme cortile pianeggiante paesaggistico per riunioni di famiglia e giochi da giardino. Il gazebo è perfetto per cenare all'aperto. O trascorri la giornata rilassandoti seduto nel fenomenale, ampio padiglione 14'x16 'con mobili comodi e un'amaca circondata da fiori. Crea il tuo falò nel pozzo del fuoco in pietra di 6 'per una serata di relax con vista sul lago. Goditi due kayak per il divertimento in acqua. Il miglior noleggio in giro!

We recently stayed at a lovely house for our family vacation, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The property is in a great location, directly across a narrow street from the lake, offering stunning views and easy access to water activities. The house itself was extremely clean and provided all the comforts of home, making our stay very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring that everything was in order for our visit. The yard and outdoor amenities were convenient and added to the enjoyment of our time there. The property description was accurate, and everything met our expectations. However, there was one downside. The outdoor furniture, dock, and kayaks were not cleaned regularly and were quite dirty, with cobwebs accumulating. This was a minor inconvenience but did detract slightly from the overall experience. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway. With a bit more attention to the outdoor amenities, it would be absolutely perfect.

Chris thought of everything you could ever need. The house and grounds are beautiful and immaculate. Perfect location centered between Watkins Glen and Geneva with so many things to do a short drive away. The view of the lake is the best you will find. We plan to return often!! And our terriers were welcome too- they loved the wildlife!

We all had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. I only wish we had more time! The house is beautiful. Right on the lake with gorgeous views. Would love to come back when it’s a bit warmer so we can enjoy all the outside activities. The owners make it wonderful for guests!!

This property far exceeded our expectations! The owner is wonderful and the condition of the home was immaculate and decorated perfectly! You feel like you are renting your friends home! The kitchen was fully equipped and we mean fully! We ate home 5 of the 7 nights and were mesmerized by the beauty of the lake and mountains . The location was great- close to both south and north sides of the lake. Don’t miss sunrise sitting on the porch and drinking your coffee!!

Lovely home on a quiet street directly on Seneca Lake. My husband and I enjoyed this pet-friendly home, with our dog, where we could relax by the fire pit and sit on the private dock. Great location where we could walk to two restaurants and pontoon rentals. The house is very well kept and equipped with all the necessities. Highly recommend this home as your next vacation spot.

This is the second time we have stayed at Chris’s place and it was just as wonderful as we remember! Well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds and lots of living space. Many outdoor areas for relaxing and the view is fantastic. Chris is a great host. Will definitely be back

This was our second time staying at this magical property and it was as fantastic as we remembered. The house and outside property are impeccably maintained and the home owner is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Plus you cannot beat the incredible lake views! Our family, including two pups, had such a magical time in what’s become one of our favorite places to stay. We cannot wait to return! 10/10 highly recommend

This property was a total delight, as was communicating with the host! We were two couples travelling to the Finger Lakes and this location was centrally located on the western shore of Lake Seneca - with great access to Watkins Glen and Geneva, LOTS of wineries and a gorgeous view of the lake. SO much outdoor space as well for relaxing and taking in the view. Hope to return and the host was constantly available for any last minute questions once on site. Many thanks for a great getaway!

This was our first time visiting the Finger lakes. If I could sum up the perfect weekend into a bottle, this was it. We visited April 14-17th. The weather was so gorgeous. I don’t know how we got so lucky. It was sunny and 85 degrees which is not normal for this time of year. We had the best weather all weekend. This allowed us to sit on the dock, watch the sunrise, make a fire in the gorgeous large fire pit. We sat under the brand new refinished gazebo/patio area and played cards. The wineries and breweries were just an added bonus. We ate the best dinner at the restaurant just a quick walk down the street. The house was ADORABLE!!! The beds were so comfortable, the sheets were so soft and everything was so cozy. We did get to talk to the owner of the property. She is so nice!! She gave great recommendations of where to eat and activities to do. This was one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time. If you want peace, gorgeous views, relaxation and a great place to stay…this is your house. The water on the lake was CRYSTAL CLEAR and freezing cold, but it looked so refreshing my husband jumped in! (Quickly got out too) lol I HIGHLY recommend this property. Loved it!!!

Inside is similar to a beautiful bed and breakfast, outside areas are fantastic. Kitchen easy to cook in, state parks and rail trails, wineries, then sitting at the firepit watching the lake. Wonderful!

If you are looking for the perfect getaway in lakefront living this is it!! Lovely home with detail to your every need. Beautiful outdoor amenities including fire pit, covered patio with spectacular views of Lake Seneca! Enjoyed the off season solitude, but will be back to take full advantage of lake activities.

The property is exactly as described in the listing. However, the views and comfort of the home cannot be adequately described in the online listing. We had a fabulous stay touring the region, sampling local wines, and enjoying several meals out! Christine is professional, accommodating, and helpful. We highly recommend this home and will definitely return!
