“Very happy to see the rug-free floors in our room. Also asked for new towels for day 2, and also got a tidy-up of room. Haven't had that service in a motel since before Covid.”

“Room was clean but located right across from the elevator 2nd floor. Hotel was not sold out. Not sure why we were given this room. Top bedcover was dirty. Removed & place on a chair. Bed was comfortable but they need to replace the pillows, Front desk was handled by one person. We waited 20 minutes to check in. They need additional staffing. “Room was interesting. Loved the spiral staircase down to the bathroom and the jacuzzi tub (stayed in the Music Room). Property is beautiful. You get a complimentary wine tasting and continental breakfast at Belhurst Castle. Check-in is at Belhurst which we didn't realize. Luckily it is only a few miles away so not a big deal to get there and back. No hotel staff at White Springs Manor. Negatives: Bathroom had no door.... was located in the lower level of the room (bed was upstairs) but still...

“La struttura nel complesso è carina ma secondo me non vale i soldi spesi. Colazione praticamente inesistente (nonostante l'ìnsegna reciti "Continental Breakfast")solo caffè e merendine confezionate. Spazio all'esterno molto carino e Watkins Glen raggiungibile in 3 minuti di auto.Buona la piscina con anche asciugamani a disposizione. Basterebbe migliorare la colazione per dare un valore aggiunto.”
