“Hilton Gold Coast, does not reach any Hilton’s standards. 1. Bad smelling venue. As soon as you enter in the hotel, there is a strong smell 24 hours of food. 2. Staff member too friendly. At the time of the check in, i noticed a behaviour too friendly. I did not like it. 3. Room DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. As soon as we enter in the room, i have complained about the dirty smell coming from the carpert. “We enjoyed our stay overall. The swimming pool was great, the free parking was excellent, and our room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed. The main disappointments were the cooked buffet breakfast, which wasn’t very good, and the bedroom TV, which took two days to fix. The rest of the breakfast was okay. The café didn’t open until midday, which wasn’t useful when we wanted something earlier.”
