“There was an unfortunate incident for the car park access and fees. We were charged by the carpark vendor for 18 hours from 4+ pm to next morning at 10+ am. And the carpark assistant "Kim" over the intercom was not the least helpful while the queue behind us grew from 3 to 5 cars waiting to exit the carpark. Hence, we paid the AUD 79 to exit the carpark.
