Hotel a Hinterland

“Easily 30 mins of mountain road on the drive up but friendly drivers who didn't tailgate made the drive up bearable. Room was old and without tv but spotlessly clean. Lots of free activities, restaurant has the most amazing food despite the location and a slightly higher than normal price. Definitely eat at the restaurant for dinner but watch out for their friendly parrots who would sit with you and eat your food. We booked a 2d1n and should have stayed at least a day more. “Great spot with a cafe only a short walk away. While the road is busy, the room was quiet and it was a great location for doing things around the mountain (we were there for a wedding). Typical motel style accommodation, nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was warm inside despite it being very cold outside (it was winter).”

“Absolutely amazing stay at the Witches Falls Cottages. Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! Very inviting cottage, super clean, cosy, comfortable and with everything we could need provided. Breakfast was so good. “Absolutely amazing and perfect for a quiet night away. The room was super cosy and luxurious and the grounds around the property were stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having the use of the hot tub, pool and sauna made our experience even better it’s an all in one getaway for some R&R. Our breakfast was very generous and simply delicious too. We loved everything about it! Highly recommend! ”
