“Staff lovely, bed super comfy, great location, short walk to shops and train station. Bus stop across the road at dream world. Lovely pool and grass area.”

“Couldn't even stay in the room. Cockroaches were massive. They were in the closet safe kitchen & under the sink the rubbish bin. Came out from under & around the back of the sofa & bed. Other bugs ame from under table base whatever they were. Infested! Nobody answered my call or replied to my msg the next day. I left msg to say I couldn't sleep there & was leaving. Mno reply. Got hold of the lady on 2nd try the next day, asked for a refund was told no no no go away & hung up. Started a complaint...

“I understand that the place is very old, but I can't tolerate the lack if cleanliness. The carpet was old and full of dtains, my bedside table hadn't been dusted for weeks, something had been spilled on the front of the fridge, and inside the fridge, 1 spare blanket had stuff stuck to it and needed washing, and the whole placed smelled musty and nasty. A little TLC and the place could be nice.”

“Definitely not luxury, aged cobwebs in room, as well as insects. Mismatched towels/ face towels, basic Kmart bath mat. Spa had flakes coming off jets and no evidence of how it is cleaned between guests. Also in guest lounge of a night, no idea how to light the room except with the lamps, and also air con remote no where to be seen.”
