“A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good.”

“Everything was actually nice EXCEPT we didn’t pay close enough attention (neither did the other couple on our floor) because there is no bathroom. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. ”

“Our stay at Staypineapple was awesome!! It was clean and upgraded. But the best part was individual fluffy comforters!! I will forever look to stay at Staypineapple properties! The staff was very helpful and kind. We parked a car in the garage and it felt very safe. The Queen Anne area was clean and safe to walk to dinner but still very convenient to downtown. I can not recommend this stay enough!”

I reported that the fridge in our room was leaking and ruined $70 worth of food and the property manager tried blaming us for it and said they were going to make us pay for the damage. Then they had a maintenance guy come look at it and turns out it was their fault and the fridge was disconnected somehow. “Perfectly in keeping with an average hotel at this price point. The staff were friendly. Parking was available. A bit tight to make the initial turn at the bottom of the ramp, but it had a spot for larger vehicles. My only warning: the heater unit beneath the window was a bit loud (within reason and I slept OK), but if you like a soundless sleep environment, bring earplugs. The bed was comfy enough. “Stayed here a couple of times. The first time was before the renovation. The rooms and hotel were a bit quirk and old and it’s 3 stories with no elevator. Creaky floors, outdated bathrooms and some closets weren’t finished. Some were just small spaces with some shelves, some inside the space where the heater unit or hot water heater was with a wooden bar with some hangers.
