“The property is very good..staff is exceptional...so no issues there The big issue for us was our room was a family room next to railway tracks, so essentially no sleep for 2 days as the trains honk right near our window all night ..they need soundproofing...”

“We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. ”

He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. “None of the basic complimentary items were provided and when enquired they mentioned that there is a high demand and supply issue and hence could not provide any of those. Though the staff explained the situation as a chain of hotels and management its staff responsibility that these things are taken care up front. Also their standard check in time is 1pm and checkout time is 11am. Despite of what ever time we check in the checkout is next day at 11am. This is a big negative side of booking...
