The Space:

Brand new apartment few mins walk to Peace Park with elevator. Features Keyless, smart lock for smooth self check in. Located in a friendly neighbourhood, only 5 mins walk from the nearest streetcar station. Can accommodate maximum of 6 people. With complete facilities : Living, bed, kitchen, separate toilet & bath room. Balcony with city view. Room wifi for your internet connection. Washing machine comes with free laundry detergent. Toiletries provided. Good for families and group of friends.



My apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator.



Sleeping arrangement :



Bedroom 1 :



2x Queen size bed ( sleeps 4 adult)



Living Room :



1x large sofa bed ( sleeps 2 adult)



Note : Sofa bed are self service



Total : 6 people can sleep comfortably

You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet, but friendly neighbourhood. Surrounded with restaurants and convenience stores. Nearby coin parking if you are coming with a car.



Getting Around:

・From Hiroshima Station via City Tram

Exit from the South Exit of Hiroshima Station and take tram Line 1 (Hiroshima Port). Get off at Chuden-mae station.

The destination is a 5-minute walk from there.



・From Hiroshima Airport

Take the limousine bus bound for Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit, which takes approximately 50 minutes.

Once you arrive at Hiroshima Station, follow the tram instructions above to reach your destination.



Other Things to Note:

This property has no front desk.

All check-in details, including the address and exterior photos, will be sent to you via message on the day of your arrival.

After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a guest registration form and upload a photo of your government-issued ID.



Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Please adhere to these times, as we need to clean for the next guest.



No smoking inside the unit.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

No pets allowed.



No Cleaning During Your Stay:

For multi-night stays, we ask that you reuse the towels provided and use the in-room washing machine if needed.



Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law):

All hosts must collect guest information, including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number.



CCTV/Security Camera:

For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals.



Luggage Drop Off:

You may drop off your luggage before check-in if needed (self-service only), but we cannot store luggage after check-out.
