“The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoy your time at the resort. My wife and I had a great time, we are looking forward to our next stay. While all the staff is very attentive and friendly, Mayordomo Rafael, the bartenders Jorge, Eric, and Ismael were standouts for us. Top notch service, no complaints!”

“So many options for dining, they do not require dinner reservations. Relaxed on attire, property is well maintained and not too big, everything is well located. They have premium liquor choices for all guests. Room keeping, mini bar restocking, and turn down service every day. We had an EXCELLENT time and will be going back. 😁”

“The customer service is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make a memorable vacation. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The only thing I can see improving is the French restaurant. We tried a few dining options there and none live up to the hype. However, there are so many dining options that you will surely find something good at any of the other restaurants. We will definitely be going back to this hotel and recommend it to our friends.”

Due lamentele: un episodio gravissimo per il quale rientrando nella mia camera nel primo pomeriggio, la trovo con la porta di ingresso socchiusa, con la serratura bloccata, alla mercé di chiunque avesse voluto entrare.
