“Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and room temperature was easily adjusted to our liking. The staff helped in giving directions for a nearby restaurant. In the morning when I wanted water at breakfast bottled water was retrieved for me from the front desk and brought to my table.”

“The properties for sale so nothing’s getting fixed. Management is waiting to decide whether or not they get to keep their job. I guess room didn’t have a phone in it and the TV didn’t work. Not good.”

“Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.”

“First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. I...

“Had never heard of this chain thru IHG's properties but really glad Expedia had it listed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the modern minimalist aesthetic of the room, almost European in character. Will definitely keep an eye out for this hotel brand in the future and highly recommend.”
