Hotel vicino a Reno Park - El Reno

“Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.”

“Manager not helpful. Advertised rollaway beds and was told by manager that seemed to have an attitude that they don't provide them. Morning desk clerk said that they did have rollaway beds after we had to book extra room. Extra $300 to pay for another room.”

“We didnt even stay. The staff was extremely rude, wouldnt even look when talking to us trying to check in. Nasty rooms, crappy parking lot. Pool was disgusting. Save your time and money and stay elsewhere.”

“When we first checked in, the staff was great, but when we had to extend our stay, they seemed to catch a attitude. I'm willing to give them another chance , because maybe the just had a bad day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.”

“First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. I...

“Had never heard of this chain thru IHG's properties but really glad Expedia had it listed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the modern minimalist aesthetic of the room, almost European in character. Will definitely keep an eye out for this hotel brand in the future and highly recommend.”
