“Excellent accommodation, only small issue due to nearby road construction and detour”

“Unfortunately there was kids running around the hotel. Terrible parenting. Security tried their best but the kids still all over knocking on doors. ”

“Issues with filter system in the heater brought to their attention - nothing was done no discount - just thanks for bringing to our attention - we will be travelling down more for medical and need to stay there but won’t if something doesn’t change or if someone doesn’t contact us ”

“Hotel was overall great andnit met all of our needs. Staff are super nice. Breakfast and the space for breakfast was good. The ice machines were broken, there is only one, very slow elevator and the doors to tje rooms seem to have some trouble. They seem to all catch when opening and bang when closing, making for a lot of noise. Cleaning in the bathrooms could also be better in and around the shower. ”

“Property is quite warn, seemingly long overdue for a face lift. Ie: laminate was peeling off the doors. Priced well over its value. Confusing layout makes it difficult to get around; would not be very friendly if you have accessibility issues. ”
