“Loved our stay at Sara Glen. We felt very welcomed at check-in. The only downside was that the room felt outdated and smelled "old".”

“C'était trop froid à l'arrivée, mais quelqu'un est venu partir le chauffage. La chambre était convenable. La salle de bain, du jamais vu. Robinet non nettoyé et ce depuis plusieurs clients. Le bain inutilisable, écaillé non convenable.”

“Room was clean. Holes in walls. The physical plug at the desk had been pulled out of the wall partly There was no shower curtain. When i asked about breakfast, the desk person told me there would be no breakfast but they would put together a bag of items. The items consisted of vending machine items i.e...2 chockate chip muffins, rice krispie treet, cheese crakers and a small plastic bottle of Sunny D. This is not what their advertisement indicated. The halls in the building was freezing cold. I...
