“We stayed here on 7/17 on our trip south. Check in was a breeze , reservations were made in advance. No changes in price , no surprises. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean , plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast was good and had many choices. Check out was as simple as dropping the room cards off. Can recommend. ”
“I did not find it right away. There is a sign that says "Eat Drink Stay" on the building on the street. On the sign there's a small circle that says "Motor Lofts". It's half way down the side of that building.”
“Very clean, comfortable and inviting. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Outdoor pool and courtyard were very private you would never know that the hotel backed up to a hospital. ”
“The hotel is right off 81, so convenient if you are staying the night as you continue your journey.
Very clean and spacios room.
The room is well equipped with a TV that can be moved for viewing.
Morning breakfast is hot with waffles!”

“Four things could make it better.
1.I could not sleep in the bed because I could not get into it - way too high and I'm not a short person.
2. Have sheets in the sofa bed. I had to sleep with no covers or anything the first night.
3. Provide more than one wastebasket.
4. Remote instructions. It took us quite awhile to figure it out and then we had to try to figure out what we did again.

“We came to Roanoke for the USA Cycling Mountain bike championships . The Fairfield was convenient to the venue(Hollins University). Restaurants were nearby and also there were more a short drive away. The hotel was clean and quiet and offered a variety of breakfast choices each morning. ”
